This is a mind and body refreshing place. You will reach here by to 4-6 hours of trek as per your physical fitness. You will see lots of natural waterfalls and river points. It has to ways to start the hike. Both the routes are beautiful. Whole trek is covered with lush green forest. The best thing over here is hot spring at the summit. It is a holy place so keep in mind and take care of nature and others. I'm requesting to you guys to keep the trek and place clean. Keep your garbage in a bag and take back with you as there is no one to process that garbage. But our cities can. This way we'll keep our beautiful forest clean and safe.

Amazing place for easy to moderate trek with great panoramic views all around.
It takes us almost 6 hours starting from Barshaini. We have also spent some time in the Nakthan village (on the way) which is very beautiful. The bath in the hot water spring at Kheerganga removes all of our tiredness. They have closed the pool but the hot water is coming out of pipes. One must visit the Kartik gufaa which is just a little uphill. We visited this place at the end of last October.

3-5 Hr Trek from Kagla. Moderate difficulty.

The hot spring is absolutely amazing, in beautiful surroundings. A lot of stay options are available, most camping sites. You can even pitch your tent. Surprisingly WIFI is available in a few cafes.

One of the most adventurous treks I have done, in July, view from top the camp site was covered in fog and you might find little rain, but overall trek and experience were majestic.

The trek can be completed in a day if we start early. It has a very beautiful waterfalls in the way. Overnight camping was stopped during the time we went there. The climb is easy and some moments on the hot springs takes all the fatigue away. Food options on the way are very limited. So, do pack your food and also remember to bring your waste back. And definitely, fill up your water bottles.

I am a amateur in trekking, it took me almost 5 hours to trek from Barshaini to Kheerganga Hot Springs, a lifetime experience for me, Hot Spring pool was so refreshing after the 5 hours trek…….

The place is no doubt a heaven for trekkers. It used to be better earlier though... everything is 5/5 but they have removed the hot water spring pool and instead they've put taps. This was one of the shockers when I last visited there.
