Bought my Merhow 2 horse slant from them 2 years ago. Staff was great to work with and answered questions and changed out the ball on my hitch without complaint and bo charge so I could head out when paperwork complete for financing. Appreciated their patience and professionalism. Trailer has been great. Can't find pictures from the day, but have these. 🙂

I live in Florida and needed a part for an Aluma trailer shipped to me. You can only order Aluma parts through an authorized dealer. I called 20 different Aluma dealers in Florida and other states and couldn't get anywhere. Jason at Kentucky Lake Trailer was AMAZING! He made it happen quickly and efficiently.

I purchased my trailer from them almost 2 years ago. The experience was wonderful! I ordered my custom trailer with them completely over the phone. They were great about sending me example photos, answering questions, and clarity on price. When I picked up my trailer it was on time and the process was seamless (I think it took me all of 30 minutes). I definitely recommend them!

Sales personnel are the absolute worst. They are condescending and extremely rude. The sales man did not allow me to ask reasonable questions and kept overtalking me. As a combat veteran, I do not recommend this dealership and I will pass my experience on to my fellow veterans. They just lost a cash deal on a premium trailer.

Long overdue but 10-15 yrs ago we bought 4 Horse Featherlight trailer with custom living quarters it was and still a nice trailer. We had a very good experience with salesman and owner, both over the top they even put us up in there hotel to fix a few things and get trailer ready for the trip home. Very pleased and will go back and will refer as well. Thank you for treating us right and not over charging us.

Worst customer service- salesman was mannerless needless to say. I was looking to purchase a 16ft trailer and try to trade in a trailer as well. Rudely laughed at me when he asked me what I was selling it for. Obliviously you negotiate when you come to purchase or sell an item, especially with a trade in. It was oblivious this salesman had other issues going on to be so rude to a stranger much less a customer. This is certainly not a positive way to run a business. Honestly hope this isn't how you treat all your customers.
