You can't beat the price of these rooms. We had a split decision on the rating of this facility. I just want a hot shower, a bed and some television. This place met me needs. My wife is a harder sell. She said the room smelled, like dogs were visiting. For me I couldn't smell anything. Good staff, good location. I'm not use to these high prices in New England. $250 to $300 per night. The expensive rooms are really no better than the less than $100 rooms at the Kennebunk Gallery Motel.

A very good motel if you are passing through and want to visit Kennebunkport but don't want to pay the very high accommodation prices there. Only a few kilometers away, 10 minutes by car, the motel offers a good alternative. Well-maintained, lovingly designed, clean rooms, comfortable beds. And an unbeatable price, we paid $92 in the low season. We liked it very much

The cottages are quaint, but nice. Clean. There's a table, couch, chairs, small stove top, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, etc. There's a clothesline and porch with small table and two chairs. The pool, screened gazebo, and fire pits out back are all very nice. No it isn't a five-star resort, but the value for the price can't be beat. Although, the bed does squeak when you move around.
They really are dog-friendly with plenty of outdoor space and they even have a pet waste receptacle. Most hotels charge 30-75 and up per pet, but this place is only 10.
There are plenty of food options locally and I even saw a pet supply store and groomer. The nearby beaches are wonderful, and some are dog-friendly.
I love it here and can't wait to come back next year!

Had a great experience, arrived early and were welcomed without issue. Had cottage #6, two beds, A/C and ceiling fan were already turned on for us on a hot day. Full sized fridge, complete kitchen facility, everything was spotless. Dogs have stayed there and you'd never know it. Really nice place! Definitely would stay again.

We love this area and travel with pets. All boxes checked! Convenient to charming towns, easy access to highway, beaches, restaurants, unique stores. We come every year, and look forward to our next stay here.

Person managing the office was very nice! Great location, very quiet, nice 10ft pool for the kids to swim in. Room wasn't terrible but dated, you get what you pay for. It isn't bad enough to stop me from booking again in the future though! 🙂

The cottages are nice but very dated. Most of the furniture and fixtures are left overs from the 80’s. They are clean though some attention to under the bed and around the nightstands could be done. Updating the lights to LED Daylight lighting would drastically improve how the place is.|Overall not a bad place and it was quiet.
