I would like to start with putting this truth out front & center: you can stop worrying and be at peace, because Kate is THE MOST trustworthy, experienced, organized, and passionate person I have ever met when it comes to taking care of you and your estate. I can't emphasize enough that she cares and truly is incredible at what she does for you. She has done the impossible for me and my family when I inherited my parents packed property located 2-3 hours away from me. Kate took all of the stress, tension, worry, and overwhelmed sickness and not only did a phenomenal job at clearing it all out, but she succeeded in sale earnings at an astounding level in record time. The most incredible things she has given me is my time and sanity back that I would have lost doing it all on my own.

I am in utter shock and disbelief at what she was able to accomplish. She knows exactly what to do with whatever condition the home is in and my parents home was absolutely filled to the brim with stuff. It would have literally taken me a minimum 1.5-2 years while I juggle a full time job and father 2 young kids to go out there when possible and sort and get rid of all of it.

The home was honestly so emotional and hard to navigate on my own and so when I handed it off to Kate, she sorted everything, staged everything, appraised everything, marketed everything and sold everything in 1 WEEK. She worked until 2-3am sometimes getting it done when some of her team was sick and couldn’t help. She pushes herself hard and I truly believe this is her calling to serve others and those going through enough in grief. I am so glad to of found her and trust her with everything because you will NOT be disappointed. She is a passionate hard working business owner and she cares so much for even those who don’t reciprocate it back.

I love that I have made a friend forever through this and I absolutely cannot recommend her enough for anyone needing a property and estate taken care of. Not only is she fast and efficient, but she makes you as much money as possible and she doesn’t charge any extra flat rates no matter how impacted the home is with stuff. 35% of all proceeds is just a steal.

Horrible experience! They were video taped leaving with truck loads of items before the sale started. They unpacked boxes and left a huge pile of trash in the yard without bagging it up, so it blew all over the yard. They had a crew of 3 and sometimes 4 people to monitor 10 acres of items. Customers couldn’t find any workers to ask prices. Each worker quoted a different price for the same item. I stopped by on Friday night and the front gate was unlocked, the front door was unlocked, and the back gate was wide open but nobody was there! I waited 1.5 hours and nobody came! They wouldn’t answer my phone calls or texts, and when my neighbor confronted them about estate items in their personal vehicles, Kate shut the sale down early. When she let me know they were ending early, I went over there and her henchman ‘Whetto’ was trying to leave with all my Jewlery & small items in a glass case. I blocked the driveway because he wouldn’t give me my things. They called the cops and said I was holding them hostage! They gave me a bag containing SOME of my things, and the cops told them to get their tables loaded up and escorted them off the property. Being a cash sale in an unregulated industry, Kate had to have pocketed at least 50% of the proceeds and is supposed to be sending me 65% of the pittance she says she made. I should have known better at the beginning when they showed up at 11:30 at night on a Tuesday to start setting up for a Friday sale.

That's nice Thomas you were a lucky one with getting appraisals, and such probably an inventory sheet and so on , that's what should have been done but it wasn't, it grab the cash and run, Carla hired her by the reviews, she thought things would go good but when the facts are there, there there. She didn't want her jewlery stolen or her house thrashed or her house and gates left open with no one there, and the list great you had a good experiance, but you can't speak for others when you don't know both sides if you did you'd be shocked and probably have no comment so don't be so quick to grab her side unless you hear both sides, but we're glad for you.
