They are allowing a half way house into the community against tenants wishes. She acted smug when questioned on it. To let a bunch of drug addicts into a community of this caliber against the tenants wishes, just shows you what type of people you’re dealing with. They do nothing for the residents. They exist to fine you for parking your car in the street between 1-5 am and allow this to happen rather than to make the community good. Picks and chooses what to enforce and on whom. Pay good money to be here with the understanding this was a good community. Now a drug addicts den is moving next door. Not to mention my back yard was flooded for weeks and they would not do anything to remedy the situation. Said it’s a civil matter. But I can’t park my car in the street. Pathetic. Do not move to Johnson ranch.

I love living in the community but absolutely despise having to deal with the HOA office. The main admin is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I had a driveway approved 2 years ago and received a notice today that we are not allowed to park there. Thinking it was a mistake I called and what I thought was going to be an easy mistake to fix turned into an argument because the main admin didn't want to listen to me and let me explain the situation to her. She is not the only rude one there, just the most recent that I have had to deal with. They forget that THE HOME OWNERS PAY THEIR SALARY. This is not the DMV so there should be repercussion to being rude to homeowners.

I have owned my home in Johnson ranch for 10 years. It is a wonderful place to live. I have great neighbors that are always willing to help . When ever I had an issue all I had to do was call and communicate with the association. They are easy to talk to.Sean was open to my suggestions when he took the time to talk to me. Call to understand were they are coming from on the issue before complaining. You will be glade you did. I do think they want the best for our community. It is all about communicating.

We've lived here for over 10 years now. This HOA is the WORST! In exchange for their outrageous HOA fees, you live in a community that isn't well cared for, you're harassed constantly over the pettiest things while your neighbors get away with overgrown weeds, garbage everywhere, blocking the streets with RVs and/or trailers, and worse. The neighborhood continues to decline while they rake in money for nothing. As for people complaining about dogs barking, uh..., that's what dogs do. If you have an issue with this, talk to the dog owners who keep their pets outside in awful weather and neglect them in other ways. We've rescued numerous dogs since moving here because people don't keep them safe and secure and they don't have them tagged or chipped. Did I mention we've had at least 3 drug dealers living on our street over the years? Plus people allow their teens to race up and down our street on motor bikes, ATVS, etc. nearly colliding with traffic and nearly hitting the unleashed dogs running around. Enough is enough.

Lived in Johnson Ranch for years and I will definitely give my 2 cents on them without blinking. Awful HOA, these people are just ridiculous. They will fine you for everything possible under the hot AZ sun and I mean everything. Expect to hear from Johnson ranch bimonthly at the minimum...about what you ask? They will try to fine you for "painted" rocks all while your neighbor has pounds of rotting trash sitting on their porch and has been there for a week but they had the time to try and ticket you for a rock with showing minerals...I could go on but my rant is already getting long so I guess my final bit would be to avoid Johnson Ranch if you have the ability.

We've been here 5 years, this place has gone down hill since, we got cars parked over night in front of our house, our guests have to park down the street. I have contacted them every few days no response. People next door have 4 to 5 cars coming and going, all over nights Weeds are the least of problems here. Finally got got a grounds maintenance company that actually works. Now if we could take care of the parking lot in the streets. These s

I’ve lived here for quite some time not and I have to say it’s not the best but it certainly isn’t the worst. The Grass isn’t very well maintained, and the tap water is horrific, particulates and probably other nasty things in the water, that being said DONT DRINK THE WATER.It used to be very nice. On the bright side what little staff they have are very nice and easy to get along with people, however can be snippy if you’re doing something you are not supposed to.Johnson ranch is also a particularly quiet area, throughout the year sometimes they will hold holiday events at the indigo sky park.
