This experience really soured my view of using JCP in the future for my photo needs, I get that’s it’s busy season and when I walked in Anjelica was assisting another family but to not even acknowledge me once she was done helping that family? I had my son dressed and ready to go for pictures but then had to change him to a different outfit because it was going to “take her a long time” to set up one of the backdrops… the set out would have been a perfect time in between for me to have changed my son into the outfit I wanted for that backdrop… I had to change him anyways. She didn’t really do much to get my son’s attentions unlike I’ve seen other photographers do, it was all on me to try to get his attention. I’ll give her benefit that she caught my son one of the time he almost fell but I will not forgive her for letting my son face plant off the sled prop which then pretty much ended the session because he was no longer happy, once we viewed the photos it was hard for me to find any I liked. Out of the 30+ I barely liked 3 I had every intention of buying the digital album and saving my Groupon but at that point it was just better using the Groupon. She then ordered the wrong photo for the print, called that same day which was 11/14 and I just barely heard back today on 11/18 even though their voicemail says they will call back the next day, can’t make out the name of the person who called, it might be Charlie but regardless the voicemail made it seem like it was my fault the wrong pose was ordered… why would I pick a pose that wasn’t one of the digital ones I ordered?! Don’t worry Charlie or whatever your name is I won’t be returning the prints or even going back to that studio. Thankfully the Lifetouch customer service answers and already took care of the issue and got me the correct prints.

My girlfriend and I came in to take pictures with our two dogs and the staff was amazing and patient with us. The dogs were making a scene but we managed to get many good pictures for the holidays. When we received our pictures in the mail, the mailman left them outside in the rain, damaging the pictures. We went to JCPenney portraits to let them know what happened and they replaced our pictures for free. The associate, Reyna, was friendly and understanding of the pictures being damaged. We highly recommend going to get photos taken here!

Peyton did such an amazing job. She had my baby(7months) smiling literally in every picture. He won’t even do that for me lol. I love her! The photos came out so perfect.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this studio. We were quite nervous because we were taking our 2 dogs in for their first family portrait with us. Our photographer Davina was fantastic. She captured great pictures. She was very patient with our pups and was so sweet to them. We were the last appointment of her night and went past closing time but she stayed there patiently with us while we put together our amazing package. Thank you Davina for capturing our first family Christmas photos so perfectly!

The photo session went well but the photographer put my info into another persons account and only changed the name and email but left the rest of the info the same instead of creating my own profile. I questioned if this would cause issues she assured me it would be fine. Well now I am spending the day on the phone with Shutterfly and Lifetouch trying to get my photos because the wrong info was never changed and I cannot access my photos. So I paid $100 for a product I still don’t have because the photographer on Saturday 8/29 at 5pm did not correct or make me a new profile and just added my name onto some random previous customers.

Daniel was a great photographer for my best friend and Is awkward birthday portrait! I will say the JCPenney price package was a little more expensive than anticipated but still a great time!

I have taken my 2 toddlers here for their past 2 birthdays. The photographers have been very successful in capturing nice photos of them, even though they do not want to sit still. It usually takes us 2 hours from start to finish. I use groupon to get a lower price, and I always purchase the full digital album since i love all the pictures!
