The manager Mia at the this location goes above and beyond to make it feel warm and welcoming. She also goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. This is by far the cleanest In town suites I have ever stayed at! Mia is definitely running this place how a hotel should be ran.....and really deserves a raise?

Who lives like this?! They need to shut this place down. Josh the front desk associate was rude and very unwelcoming. I’ll just let the pictures do all of the talking. We were originally supposed to be in another room but the door would not “open”. We were then given this room. Roaches everywhere…some dead, some still crawling. Looks nothing like the pictures. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. Still waiting on $374 refund that he threatened not to return. Couldn’t stay here with my family. Ok I’m done.

I plan to file a civil lawsuit against InnTown Suites. My Folio has a checkout date of January 18th, 2025. MIA called me on January 17th, 2025 to inform me my suite rent was late. I told her “no.” The Folio has January 18th as the next payment date. She had the after hours associate to refuse to review the Folio given to me at check-in. She was rude and obnoxious. She would not listen or accept the fact my Folio has January 18th, 2025 as my next payment date. The Property Manager, Mia threw me out of the suite I paid for in the rain. Therefore, InnTown Suites can expect to see me in court.

The staff, mostly housekeeping was rude, claimed that the room wasn’t picked up so they could do their jobs, all my stuff was in/on totes, on the bed or in a suitcase. Front office clerk tried leaving early before they closed and almost wasn’t able to check in and then blamed us for arriving so late. The rooms are nice but them employees need an attitude adjustment

i arrived at and payed for the property on 11/04/2024 but my first day staying at the property was 11/7/2024 due to having to drive 4 hours moving our belongings from my old property to intown. On 11/7/2024 between 1pm and 1:30pm i arrived back at the property from grabbing some baby formula where i was told from a worker to remove my bag from my window seal, which was fine , but as i was walking in i remembered a concern i had the night prior but due to it being late i had to wait until the morning to address it . I went to the office in hope to receive a paper with the rules listed and i was making a video on my phone . This is when i greeted the manager Mia Aniston and She asked me what was my room number but i honestly forgot it and i also left my id in my room, so i informed her that i only wanted a paper with the property rules listed . she proceeded to raise her voice and say things in a disrespectful manner to me saying that she doesn't know who i am or if i even stay on the property, even though i felt like that was a bit much for just a paper with the property rules on it , i left the office to get my partner because he’s able to handle things better than me . We walk back to the office and he address he and was proceeding to ask her for her name to properly address her where she immediately raised her voice and said smart remarks and was very disrespectful. We expressed that as customers that have paid money for our stay, we were very disappointed in the way we were greeted with this being our first day and also our first time in Hoover AL. My phone was still recording. She then called the police on us and trespassed us and banned us from all intowne suites . Told us we had to leave the property and that we will not receive our refund . Due to life and family situations we were left to give this property all the money we had on us to be able to have somewhere to stay . i have a 7 month old daughter . She told the police that we have until 3pm today to leave with our belongings . It took us 3 days to even move in completely. because of the actions of your employee , your general manager, Mia Amison. My family is now at a HUGE inconvenience where we could potentially be homeless . I have never had such a dreadful experience such as the one i’ve had here at the Intown Suites Located here at 1840 southpark dr hoover Al, 35244. I wasn’t treated with care or respect and it was evident from the moment i walked into the office that your employees do not care or have any respect for paying customers . I was called names such as “CRAZY” by your employee. I’m 23 years old, a successful content creator and a graduating student majoring in biology from the prestigious Alabama State University. Nothing is crazy about me and the fact that your employee is old enough to be my mother and i showed more respect and was more knowledgeable when it came to how to properly talk to people speaks volumes about the employees and the property itself . I have already started pursuing legal action and have already reached out to the headquarters for intown suites to inform them of the matter as well . God never played about me . Once i told the police that i was going to call my lawyer and take legal action they went and talked to her about our family situation where she then switched it up and told them we could finish the week out , but the damage has already been done and i’m moving foward with my plans . i do advise any potential buyers to save your time and money and just go where you’re respected and appreciated valued because that it what goes a long way . I struggle just like everyone else and even though this review and the manager there may and has put my family in a bad position, me being who i am, i’m not and i WONT kiss ssa and tolerate disrespect from ANYONE no matter the situation . This property is not kid friendly ,or family /people friendly. And i will be playing the video for and telling everyone i know because everyone deserves to know how the people they give there money to REALLY act.

I’m here from facebook and seeing the video of how the manager acted with that young lady was very weird and disturbing. Seeing all of their stuff outside along with the small baby was sickening. They been getting away with that stuff for a long time and they do it by trespassing you after you’ve paid oh so much then banning you from all other intown suites. Then will reply to your review by saying hope to see you again as if they didn’t ban you … The situation wasn’t even big enough to trespass them or ban them , BUT the manager Mia made it big by her disrespect and thinking someone is suppose to kiss her behind. So glad the young lady is taking action and i’m glad others are coming together to do a class action. I really hope that young lady and her family are doing well. And as for Mia. God sits high but looks low and everyone will be judge for their wrongs .

I would like to say the Mang. Mrs Mia is awesome. She really try’s to help you in any way possible. The housekeepers do very good as while to try and make you as comfortable as possible. If you have to go to a hotel in Alabama try Hoover Intown.
