They spent many hours sorting through my mom’s lifelong accumulation of items, determining what was sellable, setting prices, and at the end of several weeks of that very hard work, having an estate sale. My mom was diagnosed with dementia and needed to move in with me, which put is in the situation of having to sell her home and the contents inside quickly. Jennie came highly recommend by our realtor. Her and her business partner came in, did all the research on her belongings and priced everything very fairly, and even was able to pre sell some things through the advertising she did. All of this was done very quickly as we were on a schedule to get the home on the market. I highly recommend Imperial Estate Sales and will use them again if ever I need to.

Imperial Estate Sales did a great job of displaying a large quantity of different items – everything from furniture to vases, jewelry, plants, yard tools, etc. They also did a great job of clean-up after the sale. They were easy to work with throughout the process. I had called several other companies in the area and they either did not call back are were way more expensive to use. I left a message on Imperial Estate sales answering service and got a call back from Jennie. The whole process was new to me and she did a great job explaining everything and what the costs were. At the end we made way more money for stuff I thought was Junk, but actually sold for a decent price. All around they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Also donated the left over stuff for needy people.

I had the pleasure of attending one of the estate sale this morning and I was very impressed by the organization and friendliness. There were multiple signs guiding to the direct location of the sale which made finding the sale a breeze. I was truly impressed when my purchased items were being boxer up/wrapped up before I even finished paying. These ladies are fantastic. I can't wait to attend more of their sales.
