Clean, crisp room and facilities. Great water pressure for showers, but I'm not a fan of the big shampoo, conditioner, shower gel bottles left from one guest to the next to use that leaves too much room for contamination between guests. Bed comfortable. Nice lounge area with decent hours for the bar. Pool hours could be extended to midnight to better serve guests. Breakfast was decent overall. Felt centrally located to main roads and interstate.

I stayed at this hotel from the 30th Jan until 1st Jan 2025; this hotel had the best rates. It was also grief free when checking in even at 3am in the morning. The staff are exceptional who have a friendly courteous and professional attitude and had a constant aim to help me well beyond anything I have experienced from hotel staff on my business trips around the rest of the world.
The staff, especially Brittney and Abbey who are young and exceptionally polite professional and are problem solvers. The management teams are equally engaging. The food was prepared on time and absolutely first class, fresh and plentiful. The rooms are clean, well equipped and nicely laid out. I would highly recommend this hotel for business and personal travel if you want a feel good experience and value for money. Job well done.

We like Hyatt Place locations for the comfortable rooms and good breakfast. But this is a new one with different design; the standard rooms are smaller and less comfortable than the regular ones. Also, our room was freezing cold when we checked in and took hours to warm up. The heating system was very loud and ran constantly. (There was a cold snap, to be sure, but it was still unusual.)
The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. Hyatt Places used to leave coffee out in the lobby for extended hours, but they don't anymore. Good location.

On our way to Nebraska to spend Christmas with family we decided to stop for the night in Fayetteville. As always I consulted my TripAdvisor app and this hotel was their top choice and I can see why. Walked in at 11:45pm on Christmas Eve and was greeted warmly by Wayne at the front desk. He put us in a corner room which was spacious and very CLEAN. I think it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room had beautiful floors in lieu of carpet that always grosses me out. The linens smelled and felt clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Bee checked us out and after I gave her my verbal review she asked if I would like to sign up for Hyatt Rewards. Yes ma’am! Typically I stay at ST rentals because in my opinion they’re cleaner, thank you Hyatt for giving me another option!

We stayed Dec 22-25th. This place is a hidden gem! It is located in an up and coming retail area and easy access to town. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are perfect. The staff were very cheerful and always offering help. Breakfast was also very good (as compared to a lot of others). We will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Convenient to the UA campus. The hotel and premises were clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable for a good night's rest. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Dining and restaurants nearby and within walking distance. The staff were nice, polite and helpful at the front desk. Would definitely stay again.

My first stay was great and everything but the second time it was okay. It took them a while to get us a room. It was about a 45 min wait. They said I wasn’t allowed back. I was banned bc of a little mess! It’s not like I damaged anything! They weren’t nice at all. The only time was the first visit. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody.

Nice place to stay we had a wonderful experience there is a Friendly atmosphere. Great staff made it an Enjoyable stay everything clean and tidy pool and exercise room was great i would definitely stay again if I get the chance and would recommend it to a friend
