I’ve only been twice the first time I had a tote bag and I put stuff in it so I wouldn’t have to carry my stuff the whole time nobody said anything. I just went today I found some jewelry and was gonna put it in my bag so I didn’t have to carry it my whole trip and a worker saw me and accused me of stealing I explained the situation and she said she would hold it for me at the front then. I went to the front she had a guy come and clear my bag and there was nothing in it and after she was still rude to me. Horrible service I understand not wanting people to take stuff but her attitude was extremely unprofessional once I proved I didn’t take anything. I’m also pretty sure there’s no baskets or carts but I’m not sure since I’ve only been twice

I don't think 50 cent CDs, $1 books, or $9 denim is a bad deal. Keep a look out on special sales that change from time to time. The boutique section would have higher prices for a reason. Beautiful costume jewelry, casual and boutique clothes, and plenty of home decor for every style. Very well organized store, friendly staff, and items displayed are in great condition. Plus, the money goes towards helping animals.

Fantastic thrift store! This is a great place to find furniture, pet supplies, and useful kitchen items. Proceeds go to a great cause! Kudos to store manager Karen for being so wonderful!

$29.99 for a dress?!!! Are you kidding me? Ross is cheaper than that! I also donated a pair of boots a few weeks ago, they are selling them for $27.99! If I had know that they were going to be ripping people off, I would not have donated any of my items there. No more! I will not shop there anymore, neither will I donate there anymore, though I have for the past three years. But this time prices are unreasonably expensive and unaffordable. It’s so sad, their items are given to them for free, why would they feel the need to overprice their donated merchandise? No reason at all! If they want to cut costs down, then they should turn their lights off at night that alone will save them big bucks and they won’t have to overprice their donated merchandise.

The store has become so disappointing and gone downhill in the last year, I had such a disappointing experience today. I came directly to the store straight after my Pilates class in workout clothes but I was unaware that workout clothes resembled those who would steal? I understand there may be a theft problem but you can’t treat customers who are in certain clothing different from others especially because I’m such a frequent shopper at this facility it’s so discouraging being followed around the store as well as being treated in a ill manner. The prices are insane as well. I donate here and I cannot believe for donated items how much you guys are selling stuff for. I understand profit to keep the facility open as well as donations to PACC but I have a problem when I go to the front desk to ask the price of a watch and not only do I get eyes rolled at me I’m proceeded to be told “everyone’s looked at it today but nobody has bought it because they can’t afford it” you’re selling a $50 watch that isn’t worth more then $15 and that comes from someone who collects watches for a living. Maybe it’s not the watch it’s the price you have things set in the store. I also don’t think it’s right to say something like that to a customer, some things are better kept to yourself. It’s one thing to have a bad day as an employee I understand that from a retail employee perspective myself but it’s another to single-handedly disrespect customers especially by money. This is all very disappointing to say again because like I mentioned I shop here easily 2-3x a week to support the cause but it doesn’t seem right how this facility is being run both by people and prices anymore. Remember why you opened and for the cause not because you’ve become greedy for the money.

From the very first step inside, it's almost impossible not to notice how gross, dirty and grimey the entire store is.
The store doesn't seem to flow, unlike most stores this one appears disjointed and out of step with itself.
The staff is often "Jeckle and Hyde", either being the best or the worse in customer relations.
Pricing at this store is always comical with worn old items often listed at prices comparable to new.
If new canning jars are $16/ case for x12 bottles with new bands and new lids, what would possibly make these clueless greed monsters think I'll gladly pay $2, $3 or $4 for a single used glass canning jar? It's just one of the endless examples of how out of touch with reality prices are at this establishment. And unfortunately it's exactly why they have so many for sale that no one is ever going to buy at unrealistic prices.
I've always tried to be very supportive of the SAHS, but I'm not going out of my way to do business with this charitable embarrassment.
Until some major changes take place, this is no longer an establishment that l visit nor can l recommend visiting.

How stupid is it that they closed the fitting rooms 'due to increased theft'. EVERYTHING that they sell was given to them and FREE. So if someone is so hard up that they steal clothes then they MUST NEED IT, or at worst it is on them. They also don't accept returns so it appears to be a scam so that you will buy clothes which might be ill fitting and donate them back. I certainly hope they rethink this absurb policy because NOBODY in their right mind buys clothes without trying them on.
