Great higher end (but not outrageous) furniture store where you can pick your fabrics for your pieces. The staff is helpful but not overbearing. When you find a piece you like, they will show you where the fabric swatches are and then walk away so you can sit and study for as long as you want. You can even take swatches with you if needed. They also have an in house artist with beautiful artwork for purchase that will go in many great as a neutral in many decors.

We bought a bedside table for my husband and it is a beautiful piece but the drawer will not slide open and shut without a lot of force. It was at the warehouse sale and i am aware that it was final sale but would expect Howse being quality that it is would stand behind their product. We looked a long time for something this height and size because he recently had his leg amputated and it is the correct height fir his needs but from his wheelchair he can not open the drawer because it is so hard to open. I did not want my money back just an exchange for something we can use.

They don’t hold up to their word. Customer service is terrible. Shipping company is terrible and our stuff still hasn’t arrived. We were told it would be here before thanksgiving and it wasn’t. Now it was suppose to be delivered to our house today only to find out it’s now getting pushed another week. Won’t ever be buying from them again and we buy a lot of furniture.

Had an amazing shopping experience our first time visiting Howse. The store is beautiful; thoughtfully and comfortably staged and has unique items you won’t find locally. It’s an absolute pleasure to walk through. Meredith helped us find beautiful statement lights for the front entry and kitchen nook. She even loaded the car! Thank you guys for wonderful customer service. We’ll be back 🙂

I purchased a sofa with the understanding of delivery in a couple weeks vs. now delivering in a couple months. I would have gone elsewhere, as other furniture stores are now delivering much sooner to my home. Be cautious if you’re sensitive on timing. I want to assume that the salesperson wasn’t properly informed vs. giving me wrong information to make the sell. I would not consider purchasing from Howse Bentonville again.

This is hands down the BEST place in town for home furnishings. Madison was a delight to work with and we LOVE everything we purchased. Delivery times were very short too!! From leather chairs, custom Art, lamps and a mirror. This is my furniture spot now!!
