Can someone tell me where I can write complain for housing staff? They are getting paid by the government but yet they are lazy and the rudest worker in the government sector. They have not gotten back to my elder parents for a year now because of a rent increase. They are incompetent too most of them & are making mistake over mistake.

They never answer the phone. When you leave a message the never return your call. Ive even emailed my case worker she doesn't respond either. This is crazy.

Horrible services ,Theresa Hernadez doesn't want to speak with me, and she is my housing specialist. Communication is not hard, kid. Instead, you can go a whole two months without anyone contacting you in any method.

This is for Ms. J. Casey in the Porting department. She Is my porting specialist and it's been a breeze working with her. She responds promptly, very kind, patient, and resourceful. My first interaction with her via telephone I asked her a million questions and she does everything to make sure you're taken care of or will connect you with the right department. I'm sure it can be stressful in this field of work, but Thank you for being so helpful, understanding, and kind. It makes a difference. I've only worked with her as of yet.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. SUMBITTED RTA OVER ONE MONTH AGO. NO CONTACT, NO INSPECTION, NOTHING. SECTION 8 IS A WASTE OF TIME. BAD SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT PERFORM WHAT THEY PROMISE. HOW CAN THEY EXPECT ANYONE TO JUMP THROUGH ALL THEIR HOOPS FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOW DELAYED DIFFICULT TO CONTACT ANYONE AND HARD TO HOLD ANYBODY ACCOUNTABLE.

Terrible business. These people never answer the phone or email you back. They dodge you especially if there is a situation or issue. As an employee of a client is trying to reach you obviously they need help. The news team and Gavin Newsom will be contacted. Enough is enough!!!!!! People out here need housing. Section 8 is not the same anymore and for workers not to call you back makes it even worse.

I read the reviews and many are negative. I'm sorry to those people. I ported in 2 years ago and it was done within days. I was very impressed. Redeterminations have been on schedule and never had to come in for appt, always done via mail or drop off. I'm pleased with the knowledge and kindness of all people I've interacted with at this facility.
