Would leave zero stars if I could. I arrived at 30 minutes early to a sale that began at 8:00 am. I came specifically for some items in the closet. With that said @ 8:00 they started letting the line in but stopped short after about 15 people. After waiting another 20 minutes they finally let some of the rest of the line in. Not only did I now wait 50 minutes but in the time the first few people had come in…..the entire closet had been completely wiped of what I came for. I woke up early and set aside time and had been looking forward to this sale all week. I entirely wasted my time and should have never gone. I will not be attending another sale from this company. Seeing as the first 15 people clearly have an advantage and waiting almost an hour is ridiculous to not even be able to get what I came for. I also saw many people walk away from the line and leave because they were equally as frustrated.

Mary and her entire team at the House of Hamblin were excellent to work with. They should be your #1, #2, and #3 choice! They are truly the best! They did a superb job of staging, pricing and marketing my uncle's estate sale. The turnout was fantastic and though not everything sold, most of his belongings did. And the remainder was picked up and donated to a local charity so I did not even had to get involved which would have been difficult to arrange from MN. We recently hired these wonderful ladies to handle an estate sale. They were great. Hardworking, organized, friendly, communicated with us constantly, honest, great record keeping and closed out with us pretty quickly. These ladies have their hands full. There is a lot of work and time that goes into preparing for an estate sale. They did exactly what they said they would do and when the sale was over, the house was left empty and clean, even the garage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

House of Hamblin planned and performed an estate sale for us in October 2019. They did an outstanding job and when the sale was over, they made sure the house was completely cleaned out and ready for the realtors.

From initial planning, preparation and marketing to organization on the sale days, controlling traffic, and continuing to optimize placement of remaining items throughout the sale, they have optimized the process.

For higher value items, they also added a sealed bid process which ensured we received a competitive offer for each while ensuring they didnt sell it below our minimum floor....

We highly recommend their services.
