Nada recomendable. El lugar no terminó “la remodelación”… las puertas y paredes están en ruinas. El aire acondicionado es muy viejo y no deja de hacer mucho ruido. No hacen aseo diario. Yo estuve seis días y sus noches y sólo cuando me levanté lo suficientemente temprano, pude anotarme en la lista del aseo. Por esa razón no tuve ni jabón ni shampoos, ni café suficientes para los días que estuve hospedada. El ruido entre habitaciones es fuerte. La alberca nunca estuvo disponible y el concepto de “desayuno incluido” está en un rincón con algunas mesas que no alcanzan porque la mayoría están levantadas y arrumbadas… consta de una cafetera, pan y fruta minúscula empaquetada. El cobro de depósito no tiene justificación y menos los $6 dólares por noche y por administración… primero porque todo está en ruina y el mismo personal que atiende en mostrador es quien asea, por lo que administrar, administrar… insisto en que si no ofrecen alimentos y no asean habitaciones a menos que se desocupen… no veo porque hacer semejantes cobros. El reembolso del depósito lo tuve que pedir porque lo cobran sí o sí y de ahí descuentan su “administración”. El agua embotellada que esperas tener en tu habitación, la encuentras en un refrigerador detrás del mostrador con precio…No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Fue una pena gastar dinero quedándome en este lugar.

I needed to be close to the Honor Health hospital and this was a close option. After reading the other reviews I was very hesitant to stay in the hotel. When I checked in the staff were polite and accommodating. The hallways do look rough due to the ongoing construction. The room was brand new and completely remodeled. The room smelled fresh and was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. I never heard of observed any construction going on during my stay. It seemed they were working on a different part of the hotel that they were not using for guests. The hallways were quiet and staff were eager to help. I made it down to the breakfast area late and the staff gave me an opportunity to chose what I wanted before putting away the food. I had no negative experiences. During my stay and will stay again when visiting family.

Been renovating for over a year. Boxes all over behind the front desk looks very shabby. We were there for four days and it was that way the whole time. The bathrooms are too small. You can barely get in because the door opens up right into the area where the shower doors are so there is an arm at the top to keep it from banging into the shower door. Very hard to find you can only be going one way to catch the drink Waterloo and find the hotel. We figured it out by the time we were leaving four days later. Breakfast is not for anyone with special dietary needs, especially if you’re diabetic or trying to watch your weight. It’s very carb fatty and sugary. There were no eggs or anything like that. It was sugar filled yogurts bagels. Lots of hot coffee that part was good. The price was right, but if you like new carpet, new furniture, etc. over comfort. You might really like the place. Teeny tiny little trash cans didn’t work for four days. We emptied our own trash every day. Lights on each side of the bed could be used to search for a missing person. They’re so bright they just about blind you. We both have CPAP couldn’t find a plug on both sides of the bed. I guess it just, in our minds, isn’t much in the way of comfort. I will say it was clean to a tee and very quiet.

I'm going to be bold on this because the reviews weren't great but I had a pleasant time. It seems they may have been bought or are under reservation as some things seemed unfinished (breakfast area, room numbers taped to the walls, etc.) but the rooms were fairly clean, the price was low, and the location was great. A lot of things in the room seemed half installed (light fixtures were loose, TP holder would move, shower pressure was all over the place) but it was livable. I'd definitely come back and hope to give a higher review but some things definitely need to change. Give them a shot if you're on a budget or just need a quick stay. They also had a pool although we didn't use it. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

I don't know why they charged me for resort fees when it isn't a resort. Just a pool.
Breakfast. . isn't a Breakfast, more like a quick snack Breakfast. Nothing hot.
But the rooms area spacious and clean. Very comfortable. With a fridge and microwave.

Stayed at Hotel Scottsdale for three nights and boy oh boy I simply should’ve stayed somewhere else. There were several chain hotels with similar prices but I wanted more of a boutique style. I was wrong. The location is great and convenient which is a huge reason I stayed. But it’s not downtown near any cute shops. You’ll need a car.

Important info was not shared with me during check in. Basic housekeeping must be requested daily, but when I did request it still we didn’t get it. We slept with a bunch of trash in the room each night. And don’t get me started on the towels. 😔

They have a $150 deposit. After checking out I noticed they deducted $12. Called and was told there was a $6 per day admin fee because I booked via a third party.

The toilet barely flushed and when I brought the concerns to the front desk both employees apologized but didn’t offer anything or setup a new room or maintenance. Just stated they’d “let management know”. That was clearly said very regularly.

I had to constantly ask for towels, the lobby had an odd sewer like odor, the renovations seemed stagnant, the breakfast was sad (they ran out of muffins), the elevator was dirty, etc.

What a disappointing experience. I’ll simply go back to my tried and true Springfields.

i cant believe this place is a 2 star hotel, me and my friend started laughing happily when we walked into the room because we were shocked about how good it looked for such a cheap price. The workers were super friendly and the rooms had new furniture and every thing was perfect.
