Frustrating Experience at Hotel Dua Continental

The name “Hotel Dua Continental” might sound appealing, but the reality is far from it. My stay here was nothing short of a nightmare. The problems began the moment I arrived. There was no one to assist with luggage, and the staff showed no courtesy or willingness to help. The receptionist was incredibly rude, making us feel unwelcome from the start.

The condition of the rooms was appalling. The old, unreliable locks on the doors made us feel unsafe. The rooms reeked of an unpleasant odor, the bedsheets and mattress were filthy, and the bathroom was unhygienic. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, and the commode was visibly dirty. One of our rooms didn’t even have a proper showerhead, and the bucket provided had a gaping hole in it.

When we called for room service to address these issues, the response was shocking. We were told there was no staff available, and after repeated follow-ups, the staff member who eventually attended us was argumentative and dismissive of our concerns.

Given the lack of basic hygiene and poor service, we had no choice but to step out of the hotel for food. This experience ruined our stay entirely.

Hotel Dua Continental fails on all fronts—service, cleanliness, and hospitality. I strongly advise against staying here.

Worst rooms ever...
No cleanliness in the rooms
Rooms while checking in had a very bad odour and buds lying around.
Meagre staffing.
Rude staff behavior.
Towels given were used and burnt.
Strongly recommending to never book this hotel as it is complete waste of your money.

Terrible experience! The receptionist was rude, and the hotel was extremely dirty. The rooms were unhygienic with stains and dust everywhere. The toilets were filthy and poorly maintained. Clearly, cleanliness isn't a priority here. Avoid this place and choose a better option!

Terrible experience! Rooms were unhygienic, toilets filthy, and service pathetic. Rooms smelled awful, and they charged ₹500 for a broken glass. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid booking this hotel at all costs!
