I have set multiple appointments with Hot Springs Village pools over a series of weeks and each time the contractor was a no-show. I understand that things come up, and if you can't do the work, that's fine, but at least be up front about it rather than string someone along. I've spent weeks waiting to keep an appointment just to be snubbed. At this point, half of the summer is over, so even calling someone else is almost a moot point. Don't waste your time, call another contractor.

Superb service! Fast, friendly and affordable. I tried to reach out to several local pool service places on a Saturday morning, Hot Springs Village Pools were the only ones who responded. They came out and fixed my pool pump the same day. Charged less than I expected. Highest recommendation!

These guys brought back to life a pool that was abandoned for years. Step by step, they explained and helped me maintain this sparkling part of my home. For me and my husband, Claude, there are no better Pool Guys. They are very good at what they do, and fast! The best part is, "They are reasonable" If your smart, you won't call anyone else! They can do it all. Replaced my entire sand filter, now were running great!
