El único detalle que no me gustó que una de la cama de la habitación tenía olor como a perro mojado, y estaría genial que no todas las habitaciones fueran para perros 🐹.

Habitación muy amplia con cocina. Cama cómoda y baño completo. Servicio de check in muy rápido. Desayuno práctico (el que ofrecen los hoteles de esta cadena). Habitaciones silenciosas que permiten un buen suño.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel while visiting Little Rock and Hot Springs (made it a day trip). The location of the hotel is very convenient at downtown Little Rock and close to I-30 (but not too close to be affected by the traffic noise). I was able to tour the downtown sites on foot and left the car at the hotel. My room was quiet and I was able to get a good night sleep. Breakfast was OK with the regular selection of eggs, meat, potato as the hot selections, pastries, yogurt, etc'. They had cut fruits (melons, pineapples, strawberries) for those who want fruit. There were real plates, glasses and cutlery (not the disposable ones), which improved the meal (in my opinion).|The parking was in a garage attached to the hotel. It was controlled by a barrier that was lifted with your room key.|So far on the good things. On the less good things, the most annoying was that although the Hilton details of the hotel say complimentary parking, they charge $15 a night for it. I discovered it at check out. For some reasons I don't want to get into, My stay at the hotel was divided to the first two nights and the last night. I was charged for the first two nights at the checkout. When I came to check out for the third and last night, I complained about the parking charge and the reception cancelled it.|Just beware that there is such a charge.|There was also a minor issue with the tub curtain that was too short. on my first shower, some water got to the floor. I later made sure that this will not happen again.|I will not hesitate to book that hotel again when I visit Little Rock.

It’s not an actual dive at all but it needs so much work. The faucet in the kitchen shakes, rattles and rolls when I try to use it. When we walked into our bedroom we were greeted by the curtains literally hanging off the window- someone had taken the hooks off the rods. Looked pretty rough and we can’t use the drapes. There is an area of the rug that’s very frayed. When I went to use the laundry room there was an “ out of order” sign on the door. There was a trash can blocking one of the two elevators, leading me to believe it was too, out of order.|Otherwise everything was pretty average. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was good sized and functional. All decent except for those housekeeping issues.

Very nice place to stay when visiting Little Rock. It’s quiet, has spacious suites for a decent price, elevators are quick and quite empty, and there’s delicious continental breakfast everyday and unlimited coffee in the lobby. It has just 6 floors, with no view as such.
The front desk are friendly and accommodating of a guests’ needs. Special shout out to Anthony!

Great stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. Wednesday night soup, salad, wine and beer was excellent. Full breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Every single employee in each area listed above was extremely kind and helpful. Perfect location. This our favorite hotel when staying in Little Rock.

As a "Hilton" hotel it was pretty disappointing. The Bed was rock hard, while pillows were squishy at best. We were told from our room we would have a view of the Arkansas river. The only water we could see was the pool of the hotel next store. Very low budget operation.

The room was very dirty so we moved rooms. The new room was almost as dirty. We only had 3 towels with a group of 4. Barely a roll of toilet paper. Breakfast was bland and parking was not great. We will not return. Very disappointing for a Hilton.
