Las habitaciones del hotel están perfectamente equipadas como un mini departamento. La cocina tiene de todo incluyendo refrigerador, cocina, microondas y más. El servicio al cliente es espectacular, todos los empleados son muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa. El desayuno está incluido y además todos los días por la tarde tiene una salad bar disponible, bebidas, sopas y más. Mi única recomendación es que actualicen las lámparas con sistema USB para poder cargar la batería del teléfono sin necesidad de enchufe. Por lo demás todo excelente!

Viajo habitualmente por negocios y en por un tema personal voy a frecuentemente a regreso Fayetteville, Arkansas , porque porque ademas de tener tarifas accesibles, la calidad de las suites, el ambiente general del hotel, la seguridad, servicios son muy buenos. He visitado otros hoteles en esta ciudad y considero que este es el mejor. s

Had a one night stay at this hotel. Was pleasantly surprised how nice our room was! Modern, updated, and spacious like a studio apartment! I wish I took pictures because the room we had looked nothing like the pictures online! I have a lot of allergies so having access to a full kitchen is a necessity and had everything we needed. Staff was very nice, the only “issue” (and I use that lightly) was house keeping tried to enter our room prior to checkout time and before we checked which woke us up. I called the desk they said it was because we didn’t put the dnd on the door. Not a big deal. I travel often and this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed for that price point. Would highly recommend. 💕

This hotel is currently going through a remodeling. The remodeled section is very nice! Very modern and clean! I hope the work ends soon because from 9 to 5 every day it was noisy in our room. They allow pets, which is great! My two puggles love it there. The location is great! There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It's also near a major road and highway. Easy access to everything. Pretty standard small hotel gym and indoor pool. Customer service was great!

Unfortunately, we ended up leaving those hotel and booking another. The room smelled strongly of urine, and it was clear that repairs were desperately needed. The toilet seat was peeling, and there was a large crack in the window held together by tape, which felt unsafe. The room had an overall musty, unclean feel that made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel until major updates and improvements are made. In addition, they didn’t refund any portion of the stay due to it being a game weekend. Don’t get me started on the price gouging. No way I’d knowingly book a room for 450/night if it looked like this. I’m sorry, but I’m not going to sleep in a disgusting room. Check out my reviews. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this has to be done. I’m blown away that this hotel has a 4 star rating.

Pros: Large enough for our family of six, good pillows and comfortable bed. Quiet. Easy walk to restaurants.

Cons: Room smelled bad and was poorly designed (you had to close the bedroom door in order to open the bathroom door and vice versa). It's tucked away behind other hotels, so it's a bit of a maze to get to it.

Stayed here on family weekend for our daughter attending University of Arkansas. Woke up to find bed bugs, and blood smears on sheets from getting bit. We were getting ready to go to football game but ended up spending 3 hours switching rooms (all other
Hotels were booked) and drying anything we could to avoid bringing them home. I understand these things happen, we spent over $700 for 2 nights. They gave us 10,000 Hilton points for the issue. I waited a few weeks to write review after responding to them that I was unhappy with what they were offering. Room 225 was the room we found them in. The front desk staff that we dealt with were nice and concerned when we showed them, however 10,000 points for $360 a night room is crazy. If the rates are increased for local events the refund should match.
