Excelente opción para hospedaje de corta a mediana estancia. Todo el personal es ultra amable y servicial. Ubicado en Scottsdale muy cerca de Phoenix junto a la autopista y hayuchisimas opciones de comida en los alrededores caminando. Desayuno incluido y está muy bueno. Tienda de snacks y bebidas las 24 horas por parte del hotel.

I was very happy with my room. Clean, spacious, lovely kitchenette, and nice view of Camelback Mountain to the west. The breakfast was fine enough. Only major suggestion: coffee could be a LOT stronger. The staff, property, and amenities are all very nice. I left a pair of earrings in my room and they were very helpful in mailing them back to me very quickly

I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Brandon, who oversees the breakfast area every morning. From the moment breakfast service begins, Brandon is already hard at work, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that every guest is well taken care of.

Despite the hustle and bustle of the morning rush, Brandon maintains a calm and friendly demeanor, always greeting guests with a smile and a warm welcome. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and that all dietary needs are met. Whether it's refilling food stations, clearing tables, or helping guests with special requests, Brandon handles it all with efficiency and care.

It's clear that Brandon takes pride in his work, and his dedication to providing excellent service does not go unnoticed. Home2Suites building is connected to Tru by Hilton. For some reason Tru cost more. We stayed at Home2Suites a few days prior in Avondale. Same exact layout, just different color palette. Also Scottsdale location had softer and thicker towels.||The vibe at this location reminds me of college dorm. There were a lot of college students. Five minute drive to Talking Stick Casino.||The check in counter is shared between both hotels with a large lobby. The Tru side was like a rec center with a pool table and the Home2Suite side was like the adult lounge.||Parking was free. Home2Suites offer free breakfast.||The rooms have a mini kitchen with a mid size fridge. Had a pull out couch and a curtain that separates the bed.||We saw a giant roach in the bathroom in the middle of night and that grossed us out. We checked out in the middle of the night at 2am to start our drive back to San Diego. Therefore we did not stay for the free breakfast. We have stayed at many Hilton Chain but never came across this. Maybe because we were on the first floor.

We are traveling cross-country, and upon arrival, we were informed that the front desk would provide quarters for laundry. However, the woman working the desk was incredibly rude, implying that we were lying, and then told us she had just given out the last $20 worth of quarters to someone else. Our clothes are now soaking wet in the washer, and we were told there’s nothing they can do to help. We were in the process of evaluating hotel chains to decide which loyalty card to open, but we will definitely NOT be choosing Hilton. We’re appalled by this experience and by the complete lack of options. It’s 11:30 pm, and the last thing we want to be doing is hunting down change after being misinformed.

When I booked my room had no idea I'd been redirected to another website. Room ended up costing me $400 a night. I was shocked, angry and received zero help from Hilton. To add insult to injury the hotel itself was also a disappointment. No food or drinks on premises and nothing close. I was clearly ROBBED by Hilton, NEVER again will I stay at a Hilton Hotel. I don't take kindly to thievery.

This hotel has so many positives. The location is great. The lobby is inviting as a place to hang out. The rooms are designed nicely with a sitting area and kitchenette. The problem is that it is a very high traffic hotel and so when I stayed, the carpets reeked. I stayed on the third floor and the smell getting off the elevator was rancid. The carpet in my room smelled mildewed as well. I asked to be moved but the front desk said the hotel was booked and that they could not accommodate my request. I won't stay there again because the carpets were too stinky.

We had an okay experience, it is a nice location and the breakfast had good options.

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary weekend getaway.

The only problems we had were,
a recurring strong odor in our room and the fact that the door in our room was cracked open when we initially got there. We requested to switch rooms but was told that they had no other rooms available, they are all booked for the night. We decided to try and tough it out, we were there for only two nights. They did provide a odor ionizer machine and it helped a little, we were unable to run it all the time. We ended up purchasing a scent diffuser and air fresheners.

Just wish we had a better stay.
