Outstanding Service and Comfort

From the moment we checked in with Rafael to the seamless checkout with Sawyer, the service at Home2 Suites North Scottsdale was exceptional.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring thoughtful amenities like a full-size fridge and even a toaster—a small touch that made a big difference!

Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit any preference. From pancakes and omelettes to bagels, yogurt, cereal, and fresh fruit, everything was fresh and delicious. The selection of beverages, including fruit juices, tea, and coffee, was excellent and made mornings even better.

Another bonus was the cozy outdoor fire, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to relax in during the evenings.

Overall, a truly fantastic stay with top-notch service, breakfast, and ambiance to match. Highly recommended!

After staying at a terrible hotel the night before, we were so relieved by the cordial staff, modern decor, and excellent amenities offered by this hotel! The rooms were so spacious and the view we got of the mountains to the west was absolutely amazing. The pool was small but refreshing and not too crowded while we were there. Full kitchens stocked with all the dishes and appliances you would need for a comfortable extended stay here. You can't beat the price! We had a great stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was good, actually had real food (egg frittatas and egg/sausage sandwiches), room clean and comfortable. Convenient to a lot of places and less than 15 min from Reach 11. Plus staff super friendly and accommodating

The hotel was good and the breakfast was wonderful but I will never stay at this hotel again due to this was a business trip and I was never able to secure a stable connection on my phone. For work, due to safety, we have to use our iphone hotspot so doing any work was near impossible. As soon as I stepped out of the hotel I didn't have any issue but inside the hotel, connection was horrible. I have AT&T.

I am grateful to have found this hotel so near to my daughter. The rooms are clean and large. I'm a bit frustrated that they don't restock things like coffee pods, dishwasher soap, and kitchen towels. I understand that they only come in every other day, but it would be nice if those items were renewed during those visits. I've had to request things from the front desk instead.

Room was very clean with a full size fridge, and a great staff working.

Biggest issue we had was how this place is built. Paper thin wall ls and floor construction. Can hear next door conversations, people walking above floors, doors slamming, kids screaming. Not a lot sleep and unfortunate not the place to be from the Mayo clinic when one needs rest.

Not the staffs fault, but hate it when corporations do this to minimize construction costs.

Positive: It appears modern and clean. Negative: As others have stated the sheets are microfiber. My bed had not been changed from last guest and there were multiple hairs on the pillow case and sheets. Concierge was rude when I brought the issue up to him. I had to remake bed myself. No help given.
