Stayed here on a holiday visit. The location was good, also safe. The hotel itself was a rather new build— so not much to complain about structurally. No 90s aesthetic to be concerned about. The walls are not very thick though.. so you can hear the floor above you and around you. We were here for 3 nights and never saw housekeeping despite them being in the halls and the signage saying they come every other day… The blinds may not work properly in your room, so inquire upon check in —because ours did not. One of the handles for the cabinetry were broken in our room, we had a stained ottoman, as well as one of the AC Fixtures stopped reading during our stay. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but, they have a couple of decent options. The breakfast sandwiches they offered during our stay had spoiled cheese or egg, unsure.. it was not suitable to be eaten. There were about 4 fire alarms to go off during my stay, which was very concerning and frustrating; since I also had to work during my trip. It became clear that these alarms were not emergent so, I was able to continue work despite the noise. Other than all of that, the staff was friendly and the building was clean outside and inside.

We usually always stay at Home2Stays and have a pleasant experience. This one not so much. They do not offer late check out beyond noon at this location. The hotel staff woke us up twice when the Do Not Disburb sign was on the door by knocking. The man managing the front counter then called us 30 minutes later just as we were falling asleep again to ask when we were checking out - couldn’t he have easily looked this up in the system? We were desperate for sleep after driving 16 hours and needing to resume driving again in the morning. In addition to ignoring our Do Not Disturb sign, the man was also very unfriendly. The AC was making a loud and grating noise every time it kicked out. It was incredibly hot as well and would not cool down despite adjusting the thermostat many times. There is NO parking for anything bigger than a normal sized car or truck, so if you are traveling with anything other than a standard car you won’t be able to park in the hotel lot. A minor concern, but there was no conditioner and every Home2Stay except this one usually includes conditioner. Not a huge deal but the shampoo they provide is so drying and making your hair feel like straw, that you have to use conditioner even if you normally don’t. I would not recommend this location or stay at it again unfortunately.

Ultra clean and we'll stocked. Quiet, good location and my kids love the breakfast as well as the breakfast attendant. He's always very welcoming and nice. We come to memphis for kids and adult sport competitions, and this is our go to, as it never is a bad experience in any way.Would recommend, and will be back. Thank you guys!

The hotel itself was not bad at all. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. My truck was broken into over night. I had parked right in front of the hotel doors and under a light thinking that would deter any negative activity, it did not. There were at least 3 cars in the parking lot that were broken into. The hotel supposedly has security but I did not see them. They also had cameras but I do not believe they face the parking lot, only the front door area. I would not leave anything of importance in your vehicle. There were several gun shots heard through the night as well. It seems Memphis is in a rough place right now. Hopefully the city is doing what they can to get things back under control.

The room with one king size bed was nice, utensils were included as well as plates and a normal sized appliances. The bed, pillows and couch were not so nice. Pillows were lumpy, the bed was an old bed with springs and the couch was smelly.

If you are traveling with a lot of things in your car, I suggest not staying here. Break ins are common in the parking lot for this hotel and surrounding ones. I stayed at this hotel a couple days ago and 3 other cars had been broken into including my boyfriends.

Jared at the front desk went above and beyond! He helped us easily transition from a room that wasn't properly cleaned to a very clean room. He offered us water, helped us when he was on his break (poor guy was the only one there all day).

He offered to come up and clean a bowl that our kid accidentally broke getting ice cream.

The grounds outside were nice. The cleaning crew could use better training. The rooms were not clean at all.

If it weren't for Jared we probably wouldn't have given as many stars as we did. Please make sure he knows that he made our stay feel welcome.

Great location but a terrible experience here. I’d discovered while in the shower that my wash cloths and towels were used as toilet paper and refolded and left in my room for me. I assume from a previous guest Who knows. I mentioned the problem to the front desk and they left me new towels but did not clean up the soiled towels. Not the cleanliness or resolution I expect from a Hilton experience.

I stayed here (Home 2 Suites by Hilton Memphis Wolfchase Galleria) twice simply due to location..... WARNING UP FRONT, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL!!!!!

My first stay for business was a 3 overall simply due to location for work and in the evening, the rooms are ok, breakfast is sub-par, and the knowledge of the staff of how to properly check people in and out is a NEGATIVE FIVE. Please also see my comment about safety, this hotel will not and cannot guarantee your safety even once you're in your room.....because they will check someone else into your room later on after you're in it and issue them a key card so they can walk right in.

I stayed a second time for business again because of location, but was never properly checked in the first night. I thought I was because the room TV reflected me when I got in, and my card was charged within minutes for the full stay.... BUT, later that night those charges were reversed and I was charged for a single night, then when I checked out the other night.....odd, but whatever. When I checked out though there was a no-show charge on my receipt. The manager fixed the detail line to show room charge but couldn't change the summary listing of a no-show. This was all blamed on an IT issue caused by CrowdStrike, but it wasn't.

Fast forward two days my stay was not credited to my points for the nights or points. I started asking the Hilton help system and they opened a case. After two weeks and an email stating I was billed correctly for my stay but no points, I started calling. At one point I was accidentally transferred to this hotel front desk by Hilton customer support.... That's how I discovered they NEVER CHECKED ME IN PROPERLY THE FIRST NIGHT, hence the no show. The hotel said that was my fault for being a no show even though I have proof based on the notice my credit card was charged, and they now claim there were no computer problems with checking people in that first night. The manager on duty in the morning when I got transferred said nothing she could or would do and it's my problem if I almost got fired because of their inability to run a hotel properly. I was then hung up on and told fine, don't stay here again you aren't the first to threaten that. I also discovered even later on that they checked me in the next morning when another manager came on duty, and the proof of that is the new reservation code on my bill instead of my original reservation code..... Additional proof the hotel screwed it up and not some lie about computer problems from poor CrowdStrike..... Lying to cover there own butts but not lying good enough to hide the evidence once you dig..... Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

So, I will never stay at this Hilton location ever again unless it is torn down and rebuilt as a different Hilton brand under new management. Eventually I got a customer support agent on the phone who could see everything going on in the documents and screen shots I had supplied a week earlier and requested my Honors account be properly credited for two nights and the points, along with additional points for all the problems.

I'll keep using Hilton simply because corporate customer service was helpful and once what I was stating was realized has been working to fix things..... This hotel though, DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. IF YOU ARE HERE, CHECK OUT AND GO TO MARRIOTT NEXT DOOR..... CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED, THIS HOTEL WILL SCREW YOU SOMEHOW!!!!!!
