The hotel was great. I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels all over the US every year, and this location definitely had the best staff that I have encountered. Brittany at the front desk was so helpful. I was very impressed and grateful to the staff. Ellana and Leah were very accommodating. We are greatful for our experience.

The hotel was great. I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels all over the US every year, and this location definitely had the best staff that I have encountered. Brittany at the front desk was so helpful. I had a small issue at check in and Brittany was super patient and helpful and handled the situation effectively. I was very impressed and grateful to the staff.

I really tried to get Hilton to fix this before I posted this horrible review on Google. I stayed at this location for 3 nights. Upon check in, like always could not use my Hilton App for the digital key. (Does anyone ever get this feature to work?) When I arrived at the door of my room there was a pair of someone's shoes sitting outside the door to the room I was given. As I got closer to the door a young lady walked out of the room put the shoes on and left the hallway area. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk and they did advise me that this was part of the housekeeping staff. I questioned this since she wasn't wearing the staff clothing that everyone else was wearing. I'll get straight to my disappointment now. The bathroom area only had the light working on the shower area, so the sink area was dark and had to use main mirror in bedroom area to get prepared. There was mold in the shower area, and empty bottles of I think shampoo and body wash on the wall that were no longer utilized. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner that they currently use were all empty also. I am not sure how long this place has been open but I am hoping that the tile wall in the bathroom was replaced recently. The reason I say this is that there is pencil writing at the top of the shower wall stating which side of the tile wall is up. If this is a recent replacement great, but if that has been there since the place was built that tells you how well they have cleaned that shower. (I'll include photos) I did visit from a warmer climate and had no option to turn on heat in room so had to leave air off and went to store and bought a portable heater to use at night. Only one elevator was working so if it was bust time of day you could wait anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes for elevator. I did take stairs twice due to the length of time it took. The rest of the room was perfect and clean. Not good Hilton! Not Good!

Home2suites in Conway Arkansas could be an extremely beautiful and wonderful place to stay. However, a hotel, job, career or a team is only as good as its leader. The actions of an employee represents the action of whom they follow. Me and my family were placed there because of an environmental issue found in my home. Today is the last day in the month of November and we have been asked to leave. My insurance has been paying since August 14,2024. Since being here at Home2suites I have called several times to speak to the GM whose name is Cam. Let’s discuss the first incident. 1. We are in a room and I have a teen, 5yr old, 9 yr old and 11 yr old. Because we are in a room and it’s not a play friendly place the younger kids stayed most of the time at my daughter’s house. Come to me at night after school, on weekends and sometimes early morning for me to dress and prepare them for school. The manager Got mad and upset because the kids ate.Which is covered with my room. She started talking about me and my family to others as if we were not there.
2. We attend church, feed the homeless and other. Events to help others whom are less fortunate than we are. She laughed about it and walked around in front of me while I was making my breakfast and said thank you Jesus and threw her hands up as she stood behind the small wall as to hide but I was in the position to see her point at me while talking to the kitchen attendant with the dreads and they Both started laughing.
3. The cleaning incident. My room was not cleaned by staff for the first two weeks of my stay. I kept leaving messages at the front desk to please clean my room. Finally I stopped while on my lunch break and spoke with the manager and she informed me that my 17 yr old was refusing service. I immediately addressed it.And I addressed him. We asked to use the cleaning supplies and the housekeepers said yes but shree said no then when I asked her about it she said ok to me that was kam but advised them not to talk us or provide us with the cleaning supplies. Manager and the housekeeping manager instructed them to log that the room was cleaned if they give us towels.
I called Hilton honors and filled a complaint. The same day she and the housekeeping manager requested my presence and told me that I shouldn’t have filed the complaint. And that we can clean our own room and that’s fine. Same day the manager had closed out the compliant stating that I would not comply. The employee who is also a manager stated she did not like what was going on and did not want any parts of it because she needs her job. Her bosses are dirty.Brittany ,Jana and Lexus were all customer friendly polite and extremely helpful. Brittany changed when I inquired as to why my She stated that charges to my room were being debited. I stated why ? She said Shree said that anytime I charge to my room it is to be debited from my card account immediately. I said that’s not what was explained to me. A card has to be on file to charge to the room and that upon check out they will be charged to card. She said well Shree said you don’t like to pay your bills so she wants it debited. I said well that’s not charging to the room it’s charging to the card. And my cards will always be locked.
I tried to talk to Cam the GM and was told that he has a problem with me because of his girlfriend who is the manager. The pillow talking. As a GM he has never spoke to me reached out to me or even said a word to me about the issues. But rolled his eyes and mumbled to her when I am walking through.housekeeping asked why I am leaving and Kam stated ppl are having communication issues with them. And it was said no Shree has a problem with Ms.Joy because she will ask Upfront.
4. The manager also had an employee to sexually come on to my 17 yr old son. And laughed at him in front of me one morning while discussing it with her employees. This I heard myself. It’s like she waits and talks about me.Don’t try to call owner he is about money. No ppl. Thousands have been paid for me. Owner lets them do as they want.sad

Don’t stay here. This place is not like any other Hilton. Totally unprofessional, I booked with Priceline and Priceline called and confirmed and I showed them everything, still wouldn’t give me a room after driving 20 hours. The manager was very unprofessional and wouldn’t even tell me her name. If you’re looking to stay at a Hilton don’t stay here, they will rip you off and then call the cops on you like they did for me. The situation was a joke and the manager has no clue how to talk to customers or resolve a reservation that they confirmed I paid for. They totally left me so I couldn’t get a room anywhere else, cause it was too late and I couldn’t book anymore so no place to sleep on a cold night. Don’t stay here it’s not actually a Hilton you’d be treated better at motel 6

Experienced two issues with the room during the first four days and the Front Office Manager immediately addressed and had maintenance correct the issues. I will return again knowing that this hotel's management and staff makes guests concerns and comfort a priority.

We were underwhelmed and quite disappointed by the service, cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. We had an impromptu family trip to Conway and used points to book a weekend stay. We arrived around 12:30pm and asked the front desk agent if early check in was available. She replied with, “probably not.” She didn’t look in the computer or make a definitive statement. The door of the first room we were assigned to was open and the room was only partially cleaned. The next room was cleaner, but the floor beneath the A/C unit was wet. The tv kept freezing and the remote wasn’t working. We had to unplug it in order for it to turn off. The refrigerator didn’t get cold, so we ended up putting restaurant leftovers in the freezer. Housekeeping didn’t come the 2nd day of our stay and when they came the next day (after 3pm), they didn’t even fully empty the trash bins. I saw a staff member on my floor on Day 3 and asked when housekeeping would be servicing my room. She said she didn’t know because she was working on the floor beneath mine. She didn’t even radio or try to find out, similar to the guest services agent we had during check in. The location of the hotel is central and quite convenient, but I’d otherwise recommend finding another property.

The staff is amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. The drawback is the upkeep of the hotel. The carpets need replacing throughout the facility. The bed looked old and worn but I was able to get a very good night's rest. It was surprisingly comfortable
