So I have a bit of OCD. I clean hotels/motels when I stay in them. The room we had was spotless. Just tiny bits of orange mold on the caulk in the bathroom shower and tiny tiny crumbs of dirt under kitchen floor cabinets Tiny bits in the fridge but I cleaned those out, too. Otherwise, completely spotless.

I was happy there was breakfast so my child could try to eat. The home made Waffles that you make yourself was delicious. Their hot chocolate is 24/7 open so definitely a treat!

I saw people working out in their gym. I observed flight attendants and possibly pilot staying in the hotel. I saw how relieved their faces were to be staying there.

Otherwise, nice quiet stay and everything you need.

My family rented a suite. The hotel itself is decent enough. No issues with cleanliness or bugs like some older reviews have mentioned. And despite the proximity to the airport, airplane noise was tolerable. Location is not bad either. Not very walkable in this part of Alameda, but downtown is a short drive away. BUT.... Nose from within the hotel was the absolute worst from any hotel I have stayed at. Footsteps above, voices / footsteps / yelling from the hallway and adjacent rooms, and elevator noise. All of these things prevented us from having a good night's sleep. I'm convinced the walls are paper-thin with zero insulation. I'm fairly tolerant of things when it comes to hotels, but the noise factor will make me seriously think twice about staying here again.

Stayed here for a week while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Had our dog with us, as did lots of other families. The room was terrific, breakfast was good and included in the price. I'm used to staying in suites hotels so the once-a-week room service was perfect (I hate daily service and being bothered.) It's at the end of the main runway of Oakland International, but the soundproofing in the room was excellent, so don't let that scare you. The location is quiet, in an office park, several cafe's nearby and easy 6-10 min drive to Alameda proper and Oakland. We were able to get a great discounted rate during holiday season on Orbitz, about $50/night off the regular price.

Built in 2019, the room is still nice and clean with a kitchenette, full size fridge,dishwasher, and microwave for longer stay.
But charging 16 dollars for a non gated parking lot is ridiculous.
It branded itself as an airport hotel, but it is actually 6 to 7 mins away .Worse they charge 10 dollars for shuttle to the airport. Such bs.

This is the hotel we normally use for work travel and it has always been good. Last trip they were full and we had to stay elsewhere. Coming back to this one this trip made me appreciate even more how great they are!
