I loved their customer service ! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Tiger . She is the most sweetest person ever . She engaged with me and didn’t just let me walked and look puzzled . Nick was AWESOME! He gave me one heck of a deal and it was deal I couldn’t pass up . We did the credit thing and I was denied but he took the steps to call and get it approved. This team here is so Awesome! Go see them.

Aaron told me that I was paying for a platform bed and it doesn’t have enough slacks. So I put the box spring under the mattress. The frame is so low it looks stupid. He told me that I wouldn’t need a box spring. He also told me that the delivery and assembly was one fee but the delivery guy tried to charge me 20 bucks. So that would have been 70 bucks in total just for a bed frame delivery and assembly. It was just a 200 dollar frame. The delivery guy did it for free once he realized that the headboard screws were not in the box. I’ve been waiting two weeks for the screws and sleeping on the floor since we don’t have it. I’m so happy that I didn’t buy anything else from them. I bought my mattress from mattress firm! They gave me an awesome deal! I got a 500 dollar mattress for 270 on Black Friday. They said they ordered the screws but I don’t believe them. They also told me that I can’t get a refund but everything that was supposed to come with my frame didn’t. I will never shop here again! I advised everyone else not to! I’m only rating one star because I have to in order to give my personal experience with this company. Aaron even wrote my first review so I could get a 5% discount that I don’t even think I got. So this is my honest review.

After two weeks of calling this store every single day asking for them I asked to speak with the manager! He tried to check in on the order and acted like the employees never put the order in. He gets the same platform and takes those screws out. He also gave us some extra screws. So it took two weeks to get them but the manager has the best customer service of any of the sales representatives. I knew that this could be done. I was waiting for them to get the other screws and replace them with the ones they said they ordered two weeks ago! I would say if you need to shop here skip the sales representatives and go straight for the manager 😂😂😂

Went over to see what the store had over Memorial day weekend. James was great to work with, we drove all the way from Russellville and it was worth it. We got an amazing deal on new mattress sets. We will definitely come back if we ever need anything more for our home.

Very professional customer service. Everyone is so patient and friendly. I love the twin sleigh bed I bought. Even though COVID delayed my delivery they kept me updated and when they finally were able to give me a set delivery date it still came a few days earlier. I would definitely shop there again.

Walked in came out with a great deal and it was my first time and within my budget. Everything was nice and smooth same day delivery and set up. I would definitely recommend Home Decor Outlets my kids really like there new beds so comfy. And my 14 year old bedroom set is super cute. Can't beat the great prices. No Credit Needed. Just a Job. Went in to look at options for living room furniture and was given the best customer sales experience I've had in a while. Dwayne was very helpful and not pushy like most salesmen can be. I could tell that he was determined to help find the best fit for my furniture needs and he was just very personable.
