El hotel es muy confortanble, la habitacion que me dieron tiene todo lo que necesito, puede tener descanso sobre la cama suave y las 4 almohadas de diferente firmeza que estan disponibles.

Un pequeño detalle con el Gimnacio ya que es muy pequeño, solo dos caminadoras y una bicicleta, de las caminadoras una no funciono durante toda la semana que estube hospedado.

Sobre el desayuno, poco variable, tenian poca variadad de fruta, cereales, bebidas.

El servicio es bueno, todos son muy atentos, El hotel muy limpio.

En general la estancia fue Buena y de excelente calidad para el descanso.

El hotel es muy confortable y limpio, luce como nuevo, el personal muy amable y atento. El servicio de desayuno es bastante completo y delicioso.

As always, we were very happy with our room - the comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast, however, was a different matter. They didn't have any French Vanilla creamer for the coffee as most IHG hotels do, and they ran out of the hazelnut liquid creamer the first day and never replaced it, although they did have "half and half." They also did not have the individual packets of sugar. They did bring a cup of sugar after someone asked about sugar. The breakfast was the worst that we have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. The eggs were cold and the cinnamon rolls (which are usually very good at a Holiday Inn) were terrible. They looked like they had been baked way too long and they did not taste very good. They did not have any Danish rolls either.

Never had this kind of experience before. Hotel was filthy. Elevator walls and floor is were stained. Room was dirty. Hair, dirt and trash left under sink, beside toilet and head of bed. Table tops were dirty and sticky. Washcloth was black when I wiped the bedside table. Heat was set on 81* when we walked in. Had to turn on the a/c cooling to cool it off (it was 20* outside at the time and I’m having to turn on the a/c in the room). Front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it and that they have no idea what housekeeping decides to turn the air systems on.
Breakfast looked reheated, biscuits looked like they were day old, gravy was watery, no juice, no pancakes, no plain bagels.
