La talla es enorme y cuando quiero devolverlas me ponen todo tipo de problemas, me hacen ofertas de reembolso ridículas y me sugieren que las regale o las venda, me piden que les envíe fotos...Era el quinto par que les compro, no habrá un sexto, la política de devolución es desastrosa.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase from this company. They sent used shoes in place of my brand new order. The used shoes were in a plastic bag with a receipt taped to the bag. They sent another customers returned shoes. The receipt read return item with the reason and order number dated 12/20/23. Absolutely disgusting. A huge health and disease liability. When I contacted customer service they hung up on me multiple times. Once I finally reached someone they told me they would refund the item after I shipped it back using a label I would need to purchase from usps. Highly unprofessional.

Very poor sizing. I ordered two pairs in 43 perfect fit then another order one month later same size but too small. Very poor customer service and pointless to return as postage is too expensive. Would never order these again.

Do not order!!! I placed an order with my debit card and didn't receive any sort of order confirmation. They had no problem charging my card, though. We exchanged a few emails, and then they blocked my email! I filed a claim with my bank and got my money back while they deal with communication with hobibear.

I’m extremely disappointed with this store. First of all, the return process is absolutely impossible – they seem to do everything they can to prevent customers from returning items. Secondly, the managers are completely unprofessional, constantly changing their stance and giving contradictory information. It’s beyond frustrating to deal with such incompetence.

To make matters worse, the size chart on the website is completely inaccurate! The sizes don’t match the actual measurements of the shoes, leading to wasted time and money. This store is a disaster, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it at all costs.

My experience was horrible. I ordered the shoes, put one on and immediately knew they were not wide enough. They don't have a return link on their site. You have to email them through the "Contact Us" link. The first response I got was asking me to keep them and try to sell them and I'd get a 20% refund. I said No thanks. The next response was an offer to replace them. I said no thanks, they don't fit. The next response was requiring me to send photos of the top and bottom of the shoes and the the box and stuffing to prove they were not worn. Then I got an approval to return them at my expense with a note that I would not get a refund if I didn't notify them when my return HAD ARRIVED AT THEIR WAREHOUSE. I notified them and they said they had to wait until they had confirmation of receipt from their warehouse. Four weeks later I received notification of my refund.

Worst shoes I have ever purchased! I needed a big toe box for my ingrown toenails; that's the only good thing about these! They are very difficult to put on or take off, and I feel like they are cutting off the circulation at my ankles. They make my feet look huge (they are not!), and I have to walk awkwardly to keep them from bending in on my little toes. I can't believe I paid $70 for them! But to return them, I would have to pay for shipping, so I'm giving them to a homeless shelter. I've worn them 3 times! Also took 3 weeks for them to arrive. Sticking with JBU or Clarks from now on!

I wish I could review the shoes but I ordered them almost 2 months ago and have not received them. I have tried every option they have to contact them and no reply. Once I asked PayPal for a refund they magically email me and all they say is your shoes will arrive shortly. I asked for a tracking number multiply times and still nothing.

I wouldn’t order from them again even if the shoes were amazing.
