Habitación limpia y hotel muy limpio , la atención.es muy especial el chico de recepción nos atendió muy bien
La habitación no tenía shampo ni body wash
Pero no es por eso que afecta la puntuación , ya que fue un día que estaban colapsado por el evento del eclipse y es entendible
Perooo … el desayuno no es gratis 😔

I recently stayed I would not recommend. I booked third party due to much cheaper rate than this hotel offers per usual. The room was paid for in full before I stepped foot in the hotel. Check in and put a car on file for security deposit or incidental. No problem. Come time to check out I noticed two charges. 1 being for 141.00 and another for 50.00. I asked the front desk staff and she said it was something about a virtual card and she reversed the transaction. I had confirmed this and then three days later my card was charged again for the 141 by the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never stay at another Hilton! I will sleep in a cardboard box next time

We stayed one night in room 112 on road trip. I would have given a 5 star review as the front desk staff was friendly and most efficient. The grounds are well kept and the lobby is beautiful. Upon entering our room which was otherwise clean, the bathroom excellent and the bed was most comfortable, the first thing we noticed was the sofa in our “suite” was awful. The cushions were ripped with stuffing coming out along a seam. It was stained and quite dirty. How was this allowed to stay in this room? It should have been pitched a year ago or more. Who is responsible for quality control? Obviously not housekeeping who probably see this sofa daily.

I stayed here overnight during a move from Little Rock to Pine Bluff. We used the hotel as a respite from moving. It was mercifully quiet and the staff made the stay easy. Breakfast met Hilton standards for Garden Inn, but rooms needed maintenance and repair to meet Hilton standards, and there were dumb decorating decisions.

Our experience was great but location is horrible. The parking is the worst and they have the nerve to charge the customer for Valet ($41) or you have to find parking on the street. At least they could offer the customer a discounted rate for parking. Rooms are not worth $150 BAD LOCATION. I will choose another Hilton before I choose this one.

One of the worst I have stayed in took 3 hrs to get a extra bed for my son then upon checking in there is a 50 deposit i was told covered breakfast, when we went down for breakfast they would not let us eat, ac in room was not working right most of the night hope you like sweeting. Indoor pool was cold as He//. I will never come back or recommend.
