Equipo muy amable, areas y habitaciones siempre limpias.. el unico inconveniente es que el restaurante no esta abierto para almuerzos y cierra a las 9:59 pm para cenas.! Baje a las 10:00 pm. y ya habian cerrado, sin exepciones u opcion de algo que puedan prepararte rapidamente.. como el hotel esta algo apartado, no hay ningun restaurante cerca que puedas llegar caminando y todos los que hacen delivery son de comida rapida... En Resumen.. asegurate de bajar a cenar por lo menos media hora antes de que la cocina cierre ...

Excelente servicio, el personal se portó muy profesional y agradable. Ana, Roza, y María nos atendieron muy bien en el Restaurant. Lo único que no me gustó es que varias veces vimos personas fundando en el banquito que está al lado de la puerta principal.

I just finished a week at the HGI Scottsdale along with a large group for the WM Open. The entire team here from room sales, to front staff and cleaning team did an exceptional job. We had a lot of different people coming and going all week and Yvonne and Connor at the front desk were very helpful in dealing with all of my requests. WM Open is a chaotic week for this hotel and the team there never showed any frustration or lack of patients to anyone that I noticed.

My room was clean and comfortable as well as the entire hotel. The pool facility is great as well. Breakfast is typical HGI, so it is fine and any regular HH member knows we pay for it at this brand of hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location in north Scottsdale is great and highway access is super easy. Great hotel and hotel staff!

Convenient location with comfortable rooms and reasonable rates. I subtracted a star because the breakfast is just so terrible. You have to pay for the breakfast buffet and the quality of the paid breakfast buffet is worse than the free buffet offered at other comparable hotels. Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, paid or not. Luckily there are decent breakfast options near the hotel.

The Hilton staff are always helpful, cheerful, and friendly. It was a pleasure staying here.

I have never written a review before in my life but the service I had while here was absolutely incredible. Our AC went out and we needed to a place to stay as soon as possible (this is Arizona and the heat will kill you). We have a cat and knew we needed to go some fast. I initially had a hard time booking the room but luckily we don't live far from this location and I ended up just driving over to book the room. The people inside behind the front desk were so quick to get us the room and since they're pet friendly they were excited to meet our little boy. 30 minutes later we were in the room and cooling off. We ordered a lot of food that the people at the front desk happily sent up to us. We kept having to extend our stay due to the AC not being fixed promptly and they extended every time, allowing us to remain in the same room as bandit (our little boy) is rather skiddish in new environments. Thank you for helping us, shout out to Sarah (a worker at the front desk) and Yvonne, as well as the cleaning staff there. Thank you!

As someone who has stayed in roughly 1000 hotels in the past ten years I consider Hilton, overall, to be bringing up the rear, at least with regard to Marriott and IHG, with regard to what it expects from its franchisees, and this manifests in a myriad of ways. However, I was pleased with this hotel and its customer service. For example, Sales Manager Abigail went above-and-beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. Additionally, the energy from the housekeeping supervisor somewhat new to this hotel from a property in Las Vegas (I did not catch her name) also was nice. This hotel is very efficient with regard to access from the freeway but it is not RIGHT ON TOP of the freeway so that you hear the freeway overwhelmingly, and the hotel grounds also are pleasant.
