I love shopping Daniel’s auctions. He is a very kind man. He may have even sent me a reminder text before to come get items I had forgotten to pick up. He and his family are top notch individuals and we are lucky to have them in our community.

I purchased a Rolex 14 karat gold clasp at auction in the summer of 2022 I have recently found out that it is not real gold as I it was advertised as real. Now, Mr. Hill refuses to give me my money back because of a fraudulent item. I will be pressing forward for my money back as well as attorneys fees, and reporting this to the auction board of Arkansas under the fraud protection laws. I personally host estate sales items that are sold as is, where is have to be properly represented or therefore it is fraud. Same applies to auctions when you buy something as it is where is based on how it is advertised and described and then it is not that way you are protected under laws against fraud. I do not like posting negative reviews against someone in the business, but I have given Mr. Hill every opportunity to refund my money and he refuses.

Mr Jones, I have not taken this lightly. I have put much thought into this, I have spoken with my colleagues as well as sought wise counsel on the matter. We are all in agreement that too much time has passed to honor your request for a refund. Furthermore, when you registered for the auction, you agreed to the terms and conditions which clearly state 1) it is the buyer's responsibly to make sure the items are described accurately via preview days, 2) items are sold as is, and 3) immediately upon purchase, there is no opportunity to return or exchange items. I called Daniel, explained to him what I had and he came into town loaded everything up and absolutely had an amazing auction. From start to finish top notch service. Open and transparent. Definitely recommend
