If you're trying to decide on either this apartment complex or living in a tent, please choose the tent. Pam (the property manager) has no idea what she is doing. This place is the exact definition of what a slumlord is. Please, please look elsewhere if you are looking for a place to live. My daughter and granddaughter haven't had a working refrigerator in months, a working stove in the same amount of time, or hot water in the past 2 weeks. She received emails stating the work order was complete, then a phone call after stating they need her to meet them in the office because the maintenance man's key doesn't work. My daughter is rarely there, and her water bill alone has been over $50 a month for the past 2 months due to the water leak.

Things have gone from bad to worse. Can’t keep a manager or maintenance man. Great Donna has gone. Refuse to replace water heaters until they burst and flood apartments. Was without air conditioning for days with heat index 105. You will be on your own, they will refuse to help. Neighbor just evicted for selling drugs. Washer dryer maintenance poor.But they keep going up on the price.

Beware of MOLD and RODENTS amongst many, many other major problems. MRD does not care if their units are habitable. Despicable and disgusting!!! Not worth your time or hard earned money

They charged 900 plus for rent can't keep anything up as far as maintenance. Air broke. Corporate says I don't have to pay rent until that's fixed. They didn't salt the sidewalk during snow until very last day I have proof and fell. Put in a ticket 2 months ago about a broken dryer. They will neglect you but will harass you about rent which corporate said they aren't supposed to do that. Don't ask about my rent until you fix stuff that rent goes towards.

I love living at Higgins! I absolutely recommend this place. Its quite but there are still lots of people. The children here are well behaved. My apartment is comfortable and if ever I have an issue the maintenance man Mike is very quick to fix it. The apartments are so clean and just look really great when you move in. The woman who cleans them is named Donna. She really does an amazing job. She also keeps up all the hallways so they always smell and look nice. When you come to look for a new apartment you will meet the apartment manager Tina. I can't say enough about how kind she is and helpful! I truly believe she could get along with anyone. She also is very quick to help if ever you need something. Overall the apartments are just right, the other tenets are kind and quite and the staff couldn't be better! If you are looking for a home this is it.

The new Property Manager and Maintenance Technician are outstanding! They both jump in and handle things quickly. I hope they stay. They are maintaining the property well, and they are friendly.

We love living here at higgins! Anytime we have a issue Mrs. Kristy and Mr. Luis are always there to help! I love that the place is pet friendly . The office manager Mrs. Kristy does her job very well. She is so kind to my children and I and she has made our stay worth it! Having a good manager who actually does her job makes or breaks an apartment complex. I highly recommend higgin estate apartments.

Flooding in the closet, and lots of mold everywhere inside and outside of apartments.
