The workers Our condescending period had an experience with one of the workers who was showing me a wig and refuse to let me see it. Because he said that it was a white people did not understand that there was a difference between rapid and wigs and black people wigs. A wig is awake in my book. At that point he also called me a racist for asking. What the difference was. I will never shop this door again. For someone who is catering to the African American community. This store had the white please wig on a shelf the was too high to reach for the public. These types of differences are unnecessary.

THE AMOUNT OF RACISM I JUST ENCOUNTERED JUST BLEW MY MIND! I ask the guy with the hat that sits behind the cashier, "do you guys have boho human hair that's not a certain brand", and he started snatching down the human hair and throwing it on the counter. At this point I ask "are u okay, and are u having a bad day"? Then he just walked off! Soon as another person of a different color comes up to the front, he was all smiles and greeting her with the upmost respect! BABY THEY WONT GET A DIME OF MY MONEY!

I gave it 2 stars because it was clean. Checkout was fast. Other than that this store is somehow selling the worst lowest quality of hair for MORE than Ive seen these brands sold for in any hair store. There's no real color selection. I noticed theres also crazy colors (blue, bright pink, red) in abundance for the tracks. ? Again small limited selection The products are way over priced (cheaper at Family Dollar or Amazon). Not once did a person ask me if I needed help. (Because I definitely was confused in this closet of a store.) Honestly I'm glad I just needed an emergency pack of braiding hair, because I would have been devastated if I had to utilize this place I probably would've just canceled.

Save time, money and face by using Amazon, ANNNDD you can select black owned and often times the hair is cheaper?

I'm personally giving a great shot out to Hey,Genie..They have AWESOME customer service. The owners are genuine. Always smiling and giving great attitude and smiles. I love the cleanliness of the store..the variety of their products/ prices and how they offer their very best. I shop often at this store and there's not a time I go that I don't receive the very best. I love how you can shop and look around without feeling like you're a criminal because of the color of your skin. They treat you like family and this is why myself and family will always be loyal customers. I don't mind spending my time or money here. ? Thumbs up to a great hair place to shop. Always enjoyable.

We just moved to the area and so happy the ladies at Sally’s shared this gem. My babies are mixed so I love that we can go shopping for hair products and my family can find so many different products that suit their hair needs. My daughter went crazy over the selection of beads. The owners were so polite and kind while we looked around. 10/10 recommend and will be our go to place while stationed in Colorado.

Went once! Wasn't acknowledged, asked for help, made me feel like they didn't want to help. I actually ended up walking out. Customer service sucks! Cute shoes though.

This place always has what I need! They have a fantastic selection of synthetic and human hair wigs, a huge variety of Kanekalon, tons of beauty supplies, a whole aisle of lashes and even some cute costume jewelry. Not only do they carry a bunch of things, but the price is pretty affordable. I saw a pack of rollers on Amazon for $7+ and Hey, Genie had them for only $3.99 a pack! I’m so glad we have this shop in town because I can usually find what I need here before having to order online and wait.
