They manager here is heartless. Immediately disrespectful. I went here to return my son’s shoes that he did not like. I spent $86 yesterday at the AZ Mills location which was a wonderful experience there. She tried to refund the money to a card. I told her I paid with cash. She said oh and corrected it like where was she even going to put the money back to? Never again will i come to this location horrible vibes from this place. If I’m spending $100 on a couple pairs of loafers, I expect the employees to actually act decent. she also wouldn’t return the patch that I bought for the shoe that was unused as well and still in the box she said they don’t do returns on those?

Went in to take advantage of the buy one get one 1/2 off for each of my kids. My son has juvenile arthritis in his feet so his feet are sensitive to the kind of shoes he wears. My older daughter quickly chose a pair that was comfortable and fit. My son, isn’t always as successful because of his arthritis. He was indecisive. He finally found a pair of full price shoes (the only one in his size) but the shoe laces had been stretched and tied to fit someone else’s feet. The laces were stretched way too big and made it so the shoes didn’t fit properly. I asked the young female employee (with several facial piercings) if there were any more of those shoes. She looked in the back and said that there wasn’t. So I looked at another pair of clearance shoes that had the exact same laces and asked if we could switch the laces so that I could purchase the shoes for my son. She said “sorry we can’t do that” I told her that we can’t purchase the shoes we want because of the stretched laces and that if we can’t switch the laces, they would lose the sale. She shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry”. We walked out. So instead of providing good customer service, and making a $65 sale…the employee chose to make the customer mad, walk out and probably never will return. Terrible customer service in inexcusable. Do better hey dude.

Loved the store but Main manager was very rude, when i was asking a worker a question she rudely interrupted as the worker was about to answer my question. Overall i felt as though it was pretty rude of her

I honestly think they are over pricing been tp the other resell stores and they are way up on theor prices not a bad store but they need too sit down and check market up
