Pretty good selection of work boots. The only somewhat negative was we needed a certain size that wasn't on the shelf. The person went in the back and then came back and said that the truck driver took the key to the trucks home. So she couldn't go look on the truck for the size we needed. We had to settle for a different choice.

Extremely rude right off the start asking me in a very unprofessional manner what I was doing there. I should’ve left right then and there but I wanted to browse their selection. I inquired about soft toe boots and received a very terrible response from the guy at the counter like it was such a bother talking to me .FYI if you’re not white don’t bother coming to this racist establishment. Unless you want to receive a horrible treatment like I did.

I've got to admit; as I entered the plaza and several shops closed my aspersions slipped but!!! Without-a-doubt One of the best selections of NameBrand and Also Mid-Range Work boots and... Other shoes too of course But I was focused entirely on work boots!
The staff treated me with More patients than "I" probably could have!! Lol
Very pleasant experience and wearing my boots (6) hours the latter( Yep! Wore those suckers home! :-), and lovein' - thus far!!

Products are great but sales associate is terrible no customer service skills makes you feel like you asking him to do you a favor, his attitude makes want to get out of there ASAP. I understand he has mental issue but he does not need to be in direct contact with customers.

Absolutely horrible unprofessional staff and management called and drove over an hour to return brand new only worn once $300 composite to work boots and was told the smell wasn't brand new even though they weren't worn for a full 24 hours and obviously being bought on a mobile boot truck and having to be worn inside my workplace there's physically no way possible to keep them 100% clean was still denied my refund and turned away with their immature ridiculous reasonings just a bunch of racist in my opinion hopefully things will change.....
