Our family would like to thank the management and employees of Harris Funeral Home for the excellent care and services we received after the loss of my dear husband, their father and grandfather. The director took his time to work closely with us helping us with all our needs and concerns and insured that everything went very smoothly during this difficult time for all of us. Everyone was very professional, and everything was handled with dignity and respect. We are forever grateful to Rob Harris and his staff and would highly recommend them.

Harris Funeral Home is a great place to celebrate the life of your loved one. The staff are friendly, helpful, offer hospitality, assist you one step at a time and offer the upmost respect. I'm sorry others have had a bad experience we have always used them as long as the building has been standing. We appreciate the services they offer and not only for family and friends working with them from the nursing aspect they were just as helpful and very respectful.

Harris Funeral Home has been serving the Conway County community and my family for decades. There is never a question of who we will call upon to assist us in times of need when a loved one is lost. They are so caring and compassionate. They take care of everything for you. I highly recommend them.

Love the staff very professional but rob harris was very rude & unprofessional. In a situation of a grieving family you think the owner would have a little more respect towards the family. You would think if he didn’t enjoy it anymore he would give it over fully to his daughters. Just retire . It’s just about making money & not serving the community. Should be ashamed of yourself.

Unprofessional and unorganized about sums it up. Family of the lost loved one should be recognized and not asked to be seated during visitation time. No mother should be placed at the rear of the funeral procession and then made to park 100 yards from the grave site in 100 degree heat. The loss of a love one is hard for anyone and Harris Funeral Home did not make a sorrowful situation any better.

This is a lovely new funeral home. I was delighted to see the new building as so many of my family members have had services in the old building. Last week, my Uncle’s service was conducted at Harris. Everything was fine until the pallbearers loaded the casket in the car. The pallbearers (all family members) were walking across the parking lot to get in their vehicles when the hurse pulls out. Only one vehicle in the processional, (the officiant). The hurse pulls out and leaves ALL of the family. All of the immediate family are from out of town and have no idea where the cemetery is, twenty miles away. The family scrambled to get in vehicles and get in the processional so as to find the cemetery. In the meantime, the wife of deceased was left at the funeral home. Her five children, all of them thought she was with one of the others.
I felt like we were in a comedy movie. It was astounding that the hurse would pull away without the family in line. I cannot help but believe this was entirely the responsibility of the funeral director.
