The lady who checked us in was excellent! I believe her name was Christina... definitely started with a C. Room was great! Breakfast bar staff spent a lot of time chatting in the food prep area while the eggs needed replenished and tables could have been wiped down. After waiting a while I found something other than eggs to eat. No orange juice at juice bar... passion fruit instead.

Positive: Hotel employee was very friendly, going out of her way to make us feel welcome. Hot, fresh cookies to greet us. Although an older hotel, it was CLEAN! Negative: Housekeepers were not discreet in what they were talking about.

I was charged $250. When I called the hotel and asked why I was charged the $250 I was told for smoking in the room. I didn't smoke in the room. When I checked in and went up to my room on the 2nd floor the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. They were so quick to charge my debit card and take the money. After numerous calls they said they would take the charge off and refund the money. I will never stay at a Hilton Hotel again. Also when I left a message for the Manager of the Hotel they could call back. They had someone else call me. Poor excuse of management.

I will never ever stay here in pine bluff again. I was charged a 250 smoking fee which I didn’t even smoke in the room. After I saw the charges same day after check out I went back to the hotel to speak with a manager, no manager on duty. Front desk said he wouldn’t be in unlit Monday. Called to speak with manager on Monday rude asf. Said I’m not refunding your money. This is the worst experience I’ve had with Hilton. So you get 0 stars from me.

We Called the hotel to make a reservation & the front desk receptionist was very short from the beginning of the call. She answered our questions but when it came time to book the room she immediately talked to us like we weren’t educated. We are on night 6 of a military move across the US and aren’t unfamiliar with gov. Rates with hotels but yet she told us that she could not give that rate even with proper ID and paperwork showing it was work based travel. Saying it was untrue that we were traveling for government work and then she informed us that she didn’t know of any government jobs open over the weekend she could only offer a military discount. Like what? We asked to speak to someone who could assist us with this matter since she assured us it wasn’t her and before we could get the entire sentence out she began yelling over us that she would get someone. It was a very aggressive conversation from her end for no reason. We ended up driving into Little Rock and staying instead & apparently based off reviews of the area & hotel we dodged a bullet.

Not a bad property a little aged but okay the problem is being treated like a thug when checking in, being told there will be a fifty dollar fee posted on the transaction in case there is damage to the room....the fee will be deducted at check out, well how in the world would they know if there was damage? I know this is a phycological deterrent but do you really want to drive Hilton Honors members elsewhere?
