The lighting in the room could be a little better. Hard to read in the dimness.
I stayed at the hotel from 3/17/25 to 2/21/25. I have a mobility disability and one afternoon I was trying to get to my room. It was very difficult for me and I was struggling tremendously to walk. There were 2 housekeepers in the hallway and they saw my dilemma. Both men came right over and gave me great assistance down to my room and safely over to the bed. They were so positive and encouraging. It was absolutely wonderful to have their support. I would not have made it without them. They were Willy and Ezequiel. They were my right arm and my left arm life savers. The best.
Please acknowledge their contribution to excellent customer service.

This hotel room was large and spacious with a nice bathroom. The front desk check in was polite and helpful and the hotel was overall clean. The water was hot and good pressure in the shower!

I don't stay at a lot of Hampton Inns, I do stay at a lot of Hilton brands, I felt the breakfast here was less than normal, I wasn't impressed. Maybe this is standard for Hampton, but, I felt it a miss.

Large,comfortable and clean rooms. Great location to Beaches, outlets etc. and decent breakfast options included.
We would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel was convenient and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Pool was much colder than expected, but a nice size. Disappointed housekeeping never came to our room during our 3 night stay. At least to take out the trash! They have tiny trash cans that are not made for infrequent emptying.

Initially, I would’ve given this place a one star from the service I received from the phone call I had with upper management. They were terrible at their job and I 100% would not have stayed if it just had been for them. The reason I gave it a three star for Serivces because the front desks worker was a 5*. SHE should be taking the phone calls and helping people instead of her boss.

The room was nice but there was some mold in the bathroom. I’d stay here again, I’d just make sure that upper management doesn’t ruin your stay!

My wife and I along with our dog went here to visit our son in Portsmouth and look at property to purchase in Kittery. It was more difficult than it should have been to make a reservation. I normally like to make reservations directly with the hotel to ensure they know we need to reserve a dog friendly room. I called the hotel several times and received a message that there was no one to help me and leave a message. I left a message, but, no one called me back. The number on the hotel listing transfers you to a Hilton central reservation system. They tried three times to connect me to the hotel, but, I kept getting the same message. Finally central booking was able to reserve a room for me. Upon arrival, I told the desk clerk about the problems trying to get a reservation and she offered to upgrade our room at the same price. The room was large with a small kitchen area - refrigerator, microwave, sink -and clean. The dog had plenty of room with two small couches. The bathroom and shower were a good size. Despite being up against Route 95, the room was quiet and you could not hear the other guests. You could hardly hear the snowplow working in the early morning. There is a good amount of grass area for the dog to do it's business. I did not notice a poop bag station. The complimentary breakfast is adequite. The available TV programs leaves a lot to be desired and can be improved. The hotel is right next to the Kittery Outlets so most of the food in the immediate area is touristy. There are some better restaurants in the small downtown area.

We stayed one night and found the rooms to be pretty much as expected which is a positive. The location is convenient to a number of restaurants as well as the highway. The complimentary breakfast was pretty much what you will find in most chain hotels.

The owner is either greedy or stupid.If you have a pet and are on an extended stay like me they want an extra 75 bucks every couple of days. I could understand this if they did a deep cleaning every couple of days but they don't. It's just a money grab that will cost them thousands in lost business just from my stay alone.
