Excellent place to stay! We arrived Friday, February 7 and stayed with our ball team. There was a slight mix-up with our reservation. The fantastic lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She was the type of person that just makes you happy you are there! Always smiling and helpful! Our suite was spotless. I am very picky about cleanliness, and it exceeded my expectations! Comfortable beds, large shower. Overall just perfect! Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent hotel. Great management and staff. Very comfortable beds and quiet. We stayed on two separate occasions. Ms Claudia Long has a well trained and professional staff. Heather and Darren were extremely helpful. Very good Mexican food restaurant across the parking lot. Highly recommend staying here.

UCA parent here—this is our go to hotel in Conway. It’s beautiful, clean, and has nice amenities. The staff are all friendly and professional. The breakfast never disappoints.

My little family of four was so moved by the way Lavonda was with us. We checked in around 3am off a long road trip with our two young babes and you would think she would’ve been just as tired as us, but she wasn’t. Lavonda was a ball of light, and so sweet, and accommodating given that it was so early! We really appreciated her and her kind welcoming spirit!

This is a beautiful hotel and a very convenient location. There were two negatives about our stay though.

Be careful when showering, the tub floor is extremely slippery.

At check-in we were greeted by Caleb. Well, I shouldn't say greeted because he never actually said any sort of greeting besides a mumbled 'checking in?'. After checking my ID, instead of nicely handing it back to me he snapped it back on to the counter. He was not pleasant in any way, he mumbled through what had to be said as if he was annoyed by doing his job.

The morning staff were full of sunshine, much kinder and happier.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay you have a great staff. Starting with your general manager Allan and his assistant Alyssa. Please don't forget your breakfast team Kristy and the excellent front desk, dawn,lavenda,Calvin and faith and the cleanings.staff really made our Stay a safe and comfortable home like stay. The hotel is clean, modern with spacious comfortable rooms. The staff is helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good with a lot of options, way above average. Easy access to the highway and plenty of options for dining in the immediate vicinity. It's a good hotel, I would definitely stay again.

We chose this hotel because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for. The carpet felt damp, like maybe it had just been cleaned and not fully dried. All they offer for breakfast is cereal, apples, oatmeal, and an automatic pancake machine (push the button and it makes 2 pancakes). The room had a bit of a smell and there was hair on the hair dryer.
