Pizza was good. The lady running the show. Was nice and polite, even when she canceled the entire order when I forgot to add a drink. Waiting for Laundry

We stopped in while visiting the area and absolutely loved it! The rolls and sauce were some of the best I’ve ever had, and I wish we lived closer to eat here more regularly. Highly recommend!!

Went back to back days for a slice of pizza. 1st day was really good pizza so the next day I decided to get 2 slices. Day 2 will make me not want it any more. It looked like old pizza that they put more cheese on top and maybe melted the added cheese in the microwave. I didn’t realize it was like that until I had drove away. The price is the price so I do expect my food to be edible and consistent.

Girlfriend and I went in. I ordered Stromboli. The brought out a calzone and insisted it was Stromboli. It was actually really good, but it’s not Stromboli at all. Mostly the reason I’m leaving 1 star is because they brought my food out more than 15 minutes before my girlfriends, so it was cold on top of not being what I ordered by the time I could eat it. Then the cook got mad when I told them I’d gotten the wrong dish and apparently he didn’t even know what Stromboli was.

If I could leave leas than a 1 I would. I ordered an 18" pizza and another dish. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I went in they never started the order because they said they were out of 18 " dough. Instead of contacting me they waited for me to arrive. Said they could have the 16" ready in 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes still no pizza and could mot tell me how long. Asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how to give me a refund. Said I could have a credit for the next time I come. I clearly told them I would not be back and spent another 30 minutes on the phone with a third party who said they would escalate my complaint and I would hear from them in 24 - 48 hours. Even though the owner was in the back he never came out after many requests. A young girl was left to handle an issue she clearly didn't have a clue about. Disgusting service

We ordered pick up . .. new to the area so just pick it by Chance... Spent approximately $40 ... We had the beef marinara sauce on the lasagna and the canolii plates... Neither one could eat more than 3 bites... There just have been a salting accident in the kitchen that night...

Amazing Italian restaurant right here in malvern, Great thin crust pizzas. Get the stuffed pizza! We ordered the Supreme stuffed pizza could only get 2 slices down. They also sell pizza by the slice.

Can't give less than one star. Was able to order by phone ONCE. The subsequent three times I've tried calling in to order the phone rings and rings and rings. Nobody answers. Calls placed between 639p and 730p. Looks like ANOTHER Malvern restaurant has lost a customer. Put your cell phones down and get to work...your personal Facebook page isn't going anywhere...learn that customers keep you in business.
