Cannot say enough good things about this sweet family-owned inn! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and warm on a snowy night and the host Jill was so lovely to interact with. Hospitality was above and beyond while still giving me space to relax and have privacy. Jill makes an amazing breakfast and great conversation. Felt safe and at ease here the whole time and the price is a really good deal for the experience you get! Very safe and welcoming for LGBTQ+ people too which is always a hit or miss in rural America. Grateful for this wonderful spot in Harrison. Looking forward to visiting again.

We just returned from a weekend at the Greenwood Manor Inn, a comfortable and historic country bed and breakfast inn less than half a mile from the sparkling waters of Long Lake in Harrison, a small town nestled in the foothills of western Maine. There are so many compliments for innkeepers Jill and Joe, who offer a warm, laid-back hospitality in their cozy inn. The property is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the breakfasts are memorable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Before breakfast, guests may help themselves to generous mugs of steaming hot coffee laid out on an antique sideboard in the dining room, which overlooks an awning-covered veranda and perennial gardens backed by woods. Milk and cream are offered in stoneware pitchers, a welcome change from the tiny tubs of creamer popular in many establishments. Guests may order a mimosa or bloody mary for $7. The breakfasts are bountiful and delicious. French toast, blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes, eggs any style, omelettes and fresh fruit (melon, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) with vanilla yogurt and granola were choices. In addition, Jill, a former cake designer and skilled baker, offered grilled blueberry muffins one day and grilled banana bread muffins the next. A deep leather sofa and love seat plus a wing chair offer inviting seating in a comfortable common room furnished with a television and book case stocked with games, puzzles and books. Adjacent to the dining room is an additional small sitting area with an antique settee, chairs, and writing desk. The inn is a short walk from town but the only sounds you will hear at night are crickets and the only lights you will see are the moon and stars.

Greenwood Manor Inn was a wonderful stay after a long day on the road. The innkeepers were wonderful, the breakfast was phenomenal (see: homemade baked goods, + cold brew!) and the grounds are both historic and majestic. Highly recommend for anyone making the trip to Western Maine mountains!

We had a great stay at Greenwood Manor Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The owners were fabulous - soon felt like they were friends. Breakfasts were second to none - as was the service. We cannot recommend the inn enough - visit and you, too, will fall in love.

I can not recommend the Greenwood Manor Inn enough!! The quaint charm of the inn makes you feel immediately at home. My family and I had the best stay, our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Jill and Joe went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and they were very accommodating to my dietary needs.

We are looking forward to our next visit!

The Green Manor Inn is one of my favorite spots. Quaint Inn with the best owners. So cozy and beautiful. The breakfasts are out of this world. This past stay we enjoyed an amazing Lobster dinner, followed by a delicious homemade dessert. Can’t say enough about this charming inn and the awesome family who runs it. Try it out, you won’t be sorry:)

It was perfect! We were nervous there wouldn't be enough to keep the kids entertained, but we couldn't keep them inside! Between the nearby hikes, the beautiful grounds and the lake just a short walk away, it couldn't have worked out better. The rooms were quaint and cozy and the breakfast was to die for. The owners, Jill and Joe, had the cutest little family and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you Drews! We'll be back!
