Love everything about this place! Victoria in leasing has been amazing and so helpful! We had a wonderful tour and fell in love with the community. Our move-in was seamless and our unit is immaculate. The amenities are expansive. The noise level is minimal and at night it is silent outside, which is definitely an added plus. We could not be happier with our decision to live at Greenspoint! 💚

Update: We have fallen more in love with Greenspoint by the day! Love the security of the timed gates. Maintenance is kind and knowledgeable, pool toys and floats are provided on a daily basis, the pool furniture is brand-new, the dog park has just been completely renovated with new astroturf and a dog wash station, the package hub and gym are wonderful 24/7 amenities, the covered parking structures look new and are very sturdy, the landscaping company is respectful and does an amazing job with maintaining the property’s beauty, and the entire property is clean and well-maintained. We are so blessed to live at Greenspoint. 💚🙏

I moved here because of cheaper rent in this bad economy, so I was hesitant. But wow, I’m very surprised on how quiet and clean this complex is. Very well maintained and very minimal noise. The only hiccup I had so far was that my gate fob they originally gave me did not work, but the next day the office ladies replaced it immediately with one that did work. Happy to be a resident at Greenspoint.

We have lived here for almost two years now. And are definitley not the type to complain. The nicest girl in the front office, Victoria, left, and the other ladies do not have very good customer service skills. There are community wide texts sent out to all of the residents that are very snippy and rude.

This morning we were notified that pest control was coming to spray in our apartment today, but that if our pets were out they would not spray. We weren't given a heads up, so we did not know to put our pets up before we left for the day. When we called the front office, Susan, acted like we should've known because "we were on a list". Well we had never been given a heads up about the pest control list that we were on, or else we would've happily put our pets away for the day.

The pigeons are out of control and one of the worst parts about living here. One time there was a dead pigeon on my neighbor's front doorstep so I called the office to ask if the facilities guys could come take care of it. The lady on the phone said that they didn't have anyone who could take care of the dead bird so they didn't send anyone out. We have had to completely pigeon-proof our patio as they were building nests and laying eggs on our patio.

Recently, they intalled extremely bright lights outside of our front door that are on timers and we cannot turn off. The light shines so brightly into our second bedroom that my roommate oftentimes sleeps on the couch. We have invested in blackout curtains for the window, but the light still shines around the curtains (that's how bright these lights are). When we brought this up to the office they basically said we were SOL and provided no support or solutions whatsoever.

The security gate is supposed to be on a timer and closed at night. There have only been a handful of times in our almost two years here that the gate has functioned properly. I have sent complaints about this with no resolution. It seems like they do temporary fixes and it just breaks again. Therefore, it is remains open all night. Being by the canal and with the increase in homeless, it is a necessary security feature that is clearly not a priority.

The water turns off randomly.

Honestly, the location, facilities and property are nice. We like our actual apartment and the pool. Our neighbors are lovely and we have enjoyed getting to know them. It's unfortunate that the front office staff can't be friendlier and more organized.

I regret renewing my lease here in greenspoint. We are raising our concern regarding our neighbors who makes a lot of noise throughout the day as well after 10pm which is unacceptable and the management do not care and asked us to get noise cancellation. Like really? We are not given any discounts or free of costs to tolerate these nuisances. Regretting every bit of the renewal

Made move in quick and easy, living here has been great. Needed maintenance help and Raul came very quickly and fixed everything I needed quickly. He was a really big help!

I am currently a resident here and have been for a year and a half. All the staff here is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick and professional. My dishwasher broke recently and Raul Aldama from the maintenance team came and fixed it. He was very kind and helpful.

I had some maintenance issues in my apartment and Raul Aldama was the guy who handed all of them with mastery. He fixed my washer, light, and other small fixtures. Great professional and nice guy.

Maintenance crew at this complex is amazing. Raul Aldama in particular is super helpful, very courteous , does a great job taking care of issues , always clean and presentable . He is an asset to this company .
