My son needed to be changed and none of the employees gave a damn that i needed the restroom for him to be changed not sure how employees like that can not have any sympathy for a crying child that needed to be changed

I watched a employee at this location kicking a young girl out of this store because in this employee's opinion she was taking to long to decide what if anything she wanted to buy...
I truly believe that this store and the manager should be ashamed of how they treated this young woman. It was obvious that she didn't have a lot of money and she was trying to explain to them why it was taking her so long to make her decision. She was very apologetic in her explanation and this employee insulted her by saying that she was probably going to still the items and then trespassing her from the store.
I was shaking because I was so mad. If this woman was so bad off that she needs to still from your second hand store you might have wanted to offer her some help!! YOU ARE A NON PROFIT STORE THAT IS DONATION DRIVEN. I HOPE THAT YOU GET FIRED FOR YOUR LACK OF EMPATHY.
I will not donate nor spend any money at this Goodwill. I truly think that people like this African American manager who embarrassed this young woman should be ashamed and be fired.

The big guy in the back that handles the drop offs is lazy, disrespectful and was on the phone the entire time watching me and my aunt drop off a perfectly good couch which he chose to throw away. The lack of service, respect and even work ethic was disappointingly low.

Stop in Sunday evening saw a beautiful table that we was interested in purchasing. So I went to get assistance the cashier was busy trying to fix a transaction. Me Patiently waiting, not complaining. I'm not saying nothing. Just standing there, the manager trying to help them fix whatever problem. Then he turns to me and says rudely. I'll be with you in a minute ok with the tone that you can't mistake for being rude. I look at him and say," I didn't say anything sir"i wasn't complaining I'm just waiting, but never mind. I'll just take my business elsewhere.
But the stare he gave me was meanest glare of rudeness..won't be going back .

I watched a lady being robbed in the store.the lady walked in with her purse and the store clerk accused her of stealing when it was her own purse. She had the receipt and they kept her purse. Dont go to this store.I felt so bad for this lady she was so upset.
