Good at getting you a dumpster asap but customer service and billing are a joke. We have rented multiple times and this will be the very last time we ever rent. They blind sided us with hidden fees and extra charges then proceeded to blame us for some of the said fees that was added on by one of the drivers stating we blocked access to their dumpster which was not accurate and no one bothered to knock on the door to let us know they were there, which could have avoided this extra fee 100%. They did not care that we had supporting evidence or anything. After trying to argue that the fees were not correct for around 20 minutes they were basically trying to shove us out the door. They didn't want to hear anymore and they refused to take anything off a bill that they racked up on their own. Lack of communication and lack of organization. Never sent any statements informing us that we had accrued any additional charges or owed a balance, never called us to informed us when they had our contact numbers. Just overall been a poor experience with these guys. I'd go somewhere else unless you want to spend $800+ to rent a dumpster to clean a house out for a couple of weeks. Also to add to the catastrophic mess of billing they have, we were told they would work with us on this bill that they said we accrued and even though we paid monthly, they still added late fees which is 10% and we weren't even informed about late fees prior. This makes it almost impossible to pay a large bill off with them if you don't have the lump sum upfront. Not a good business to work with at all!!

Hands down the best garbage pickup service I've ever had, these guys are fantastic. They have excellent customer service, are priced fairly, and don't leave a mess behind. 10/10 would recommend.

Great guys! They accidentally hit my mailbox because it was winter and the road was slick. They came and replaced it first thing the next morning. Always pickup, no matter the whether.
