I dealt with Joe for the estate sale of my mother's house. He was fantastic. Timely, always responded to my calls and texts (even at odd hours), was upfront about costs and timelines and was great to work with. I didn't have the opportunity to meet any of his team but they didn't hesitate to reach out to me with questions and were polite when doing so. The sale itself was a huge success and I was extremely grateful for their help getting the house cleaned out. 10/10 for Joe and his crew. Hard working bunch for sure. Would definitely recommend.

The best thing about this company is how fast they responded to my request to have an estate sale. Within a timeline of less than 2 weeks they posted many, many pictures of the items we had. The communications between myself and this company was fantastic. They kept me informed of what they were doing with the dates and what they had planned for my estate sale. The items sold due to the posting on the internet and all the pictures, made the sell worthwhile with a great outcome. I chose this company based on all the reviews that they had. We contacted them and received an immediate response. Met in person the next day and got a date for the sale and a contract the day after that!

Communication was stellar from the employees also. Megan, who was in charge of the team staging my sale, texted and introduced herself. She would let us know when she was coming and going. She shared all of the links for advertising as she was preparing them. The photos were great and everything looked really nicely presented.

The timeline was fast and they were definitely prepared to get everything done. The sale was a resounding success. We couldn't have asked for more.

After the sale, We have decided to take care of any leftovers ourselves. The house was left very cleaned up with the remaining items placed in a way to make it easy to get it out of there. The Assistance League will come do a pick up next week and the house will be empty!

Megan, Marci and Joe have made an overwhelming and huge task so simple and were so understanding. What a patient, kind, wonderful group to work with.

Maybe you should put in your listing's that people coming to your estate sales "do not block other residents driveways". "Do not park in neigbors yards", "do not partially blcoimitget driveways ". Your sales are disruptive to everyone else living nearby when these things are done and we are having to deal with it.
