Terrible to work with. Their website talks about the importance of having a chip but don't worry they won't scan it to tell you they have your dog. They picked up our dog that has a collar and chipped but we didn't get a single call. Then they want to charge you a few hundred dollars to pick up your dog for their storage fees. If they called us day one the cost would have been small. Nope.

The dogs are so skinny they look like skeletons, the man that was helping us out was being rude the entire time. When we asked to have the dog brought out he refused us. The dogs look like they havent been feed in days, they also look like they've been mistreated. A lot of them would shy away when we raised out hands out to them as if we were going to harm them. The place is a joke, managment is rude and those poor animals are being mistreated.

They euthanize after three days! The animal control man is part time and won't necessarily help the day you call.

Wish they would be more helpful. These people are rude, you would figure they would try and get dogs back with their owners. Cant seem to get any information out of them.

This place is a complete joke extremely unprofessional very rude and offensive I have seen them sitting on the side of the road sleeping multiple times on the job or driving past stray animals ignoring them but only going after larger dogs and accusing them of being a threat or harmful to others based just off their size from my understanding they have been turned in multiple times and have pending lawsuits against them for animal cruelty!!!
