The current staff are the loveliest group of people. They are consistently nice and helpful with a welcoming greeting you when you walk in. The staff are super-chill maybe through the process of testing their patience with 4th Ave wingnuts. They have are cultivating a welcoming community feeling that other retail places could learn from.

Came for Goodwill, stayed for Fourth Street. When visiting Tucson, GO HERE!! Fun and funky historic district with tons of sights and sounds to take in. Very well organized store with a college merch rack right up front.

I went into this morning to return socks which to me is a clothing item and based off what the manager this morning told me its not covered under clothing option as it's textiles or something. He told me that socks are not a clothing item. At first refused to refund or store credit but as the conversation got heated. We came to an agreement but as he was leaving he said their refund policy is displayed every where. So I asked him to show me and where he then refused to do so. Then threatened to kick me out and ban me from the store. If someone claims their refund is displayed and clear. They need to take responsibility in showing the customer because I looked around at the register and around seeing nothing about their refund policy anywhere. Also the receipt doesn't say socks is not included in return policy or anything about textiles. So I'm thankful to the other manager in helping with the refund. Also I'm sorry about raising my voice in the store but I won't allow someone who claims they did something and can't even show the work or treat a customer complaint with respect. That gentleman needs to be educated on how to treat customers. As a manager needs to make sure their store displays refund policy clearly in their stores and on the receipt or you run into people claiming they do something when in fact they don't.

PLEASE fire your manager Roberto! I would never say this and put anyone’s career at risk for a trivial interaction but what just happened to me feels unfair and targeted. Leaving the store on 9/24/24 shaking and in tears, he humiliated me in front of other people. He approached me TWICE berating me for the way I was shopping, even though I was doing NOTHING wrong. First for moving through the hangers, even though I was fixing them as I was going along them. Second for just sorting my clothing, and taking them off the hangers. It was ridiculous because I was trying to be helpful when checking out! Being a customer of this company for many years in Arizona and California where I live I’ve had my run ins but this one with Roberto is single-handedly the WORST and traumatizing pit of my stomach experience EVER. Even reading a recent review has confirmed the negative energy that he brings to the store. NO manager should act like this, I feel like I was policed for no reason. I’m begging goodwill of southern az to PLEASE PLEASE do a review of him.

Been going to this location since I was a little kid ( I'm 46 this year) never in my life have I ever had anybody be rude to me there until the other day when the new manager "Roberto" told my kid to get off of a little kids bicycle that he was sitting on next to me while I was thrifting, unfortunately the rudeness compelled me to put my arm full of items in Robertos hands as I explained how much I didn't appreciate his intolerant demeanor and rude character, I would hope that Goodwill can do better, replace or re-educate this manager seemingly thinking he is the police of Goodwill, the pleasant employees that work there were nice enough to tell me how rude he has been to everybody since he started working there recently. Just shameful behavior from a Thrift store manager, Roberto should look into working at a prison or something more authoritarian seemingly that he has a little man complex. SMH💯😐

They keep this GoodWill pretty well organized and the staff is very nice! Gina was incredible and friendly to every customer she came across. Found everything I needed at this goodwill!
