I am very fortunate to have the means to shop elsewhere if I need to. However, some people walk in this establishment with mere dollars in their pocket in need of clothing. This cannot be a hostile situation where disadvantaged people who may work up the courage to even walk into the store, get shooed away by ornery staff. Being a place with a mission to use it's revenue to help empower individuals facing barriers such as disabilities, lack of education, or economic hardship is admirable. However, it's the people in the community who shop there who often need just as much help. This place should be a welcoming environment for marginalized individuals who need access to basic needs like clothing.

I have went to this establishment previously and never had an issue, whether that be dropping off donations or shopping. However, I doubt I will go to this location again. The staff was incredibly dismissive and rude. In particular an older woman with glasses was very snarky and I am not really sure what the issue was. (I was appalled that it was capable to be that rude to a complete stranger without any forewarning)
At first the two staff members wouldn't even acknowledge me, then when she did (once I repeated myself), she seemed exasperated and frustrated I was approaching her and snapped at me. Mind you, I was in the store an entirety of 15 minutes. It was still half an hour away until closing but it was clear they wanted everyone out. I put my shopping items down and left. Completely unnecessary behavior.

Excellent pay-by-the-pound pricing policy! I got and entire buggy full for $40 everything from shoes, wallets, purses and clothes, etc... I recommend this place to anyone in search of a bargain.

I found a pair of shoes with two prices on them. The price was on both of the shoes so I assumed I should get the shoes for the lesser price. Apparently the shoes where just stocked they couldn't honor the price on the shoes that was behind the counter in the glass case. It seemed that they thought I put the price on them and the other shoe was still in the glass case so even if I did put the sticker on the shoe they gave me I couldn't have done it on the shoe that was still in the glass case. The manager was nowhere to be seen and several people that work there came up front to tell me that the shoes where 20 dollars more then the listed price. The staff seemed a little aggressive and rude and eventually I just paid for the stuff that I had already and told them it wasn't worth arguing over. I spend a ton of money in Goodwill and to be treated like that makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I love the pay by the pound payment system they use. I got a buggy full of clothing, shoes, etc... for only $40 bucks! That's incredible..

The doors say close at 7 but there wasn’t a soul inside and the doors were locked (at 6:35)
Just looked and saw another review from a few minutes before that the lady wouldn’t open the doors despite it being over 30 min before close.
I guess she decided to close early today ?

Wonderful staff inside the store but they will close the drop off section 15 minutes early when they see your uhaul coming.
