I carefully saved, packed and delivered high quality household products to this store.
No help was available. I carried four heavy boxes filled with collectibles, picture frames and many breakable items. I was hoping that the items would be repurchased.
When the person came back to give me a receipt, they picked up one box and carelessly through it into a bin. I was shocked that the donations are disregarded.
I regret not finding an organization that is respectful of our efforts

It's the size of large bedroom, limited merchandise, the main reason it only got 3 stars. We like to stop at different stores to see what treasures we may find. Parked in the 20 minute spot, we were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

This is a gem of a bookstore. Always find a treasure. Update 3/18/21 This is a great Goodwill; however, there is a patron that stays all day to be there when the staff puts items out to catch them so she can get them first. We have seen her 4x in the past few weeks. She even greets patrons as if she works there. I thought there was Covid-19 guidelines for amount of time spent in the store but apparently there is not?

Corner of Santa Anita and Foothill. This is basically a book store, but I've bought a couple of vintage-type lamps here. Books are organized to make it easy to find what you're looking for. Helpful employees. Not a lot of parking in the front. But more parking in the back.

Was once a very nice, little bookstore, where my wife and I would come every weekend to look at and buy several books at a time. It is now a generic, nothing special boutique, that we will not be returning to again. I am very disappointed in the direction they have gone. Note: employees not at fault.

EXCELLENT! Love this place! I am a teacher and it's a great way to stock my classroom library without busting my budget. Plus, they have weekly sales! I walked out with 10 Dr. Suess books for $10!

One of the worst stocked Goodwill stores around.
Their prices are also higher than other competing thrift stores like Savers right across the street

Isles are disorganised and the book selection which was one the best things in that store is down to about 50 books on one shelf

Toys are always on the floor. So be careful walking
