The process of going and being at the Clerk of Courts is already not pleasant or easy, the least staff can do is be pleasant and helpful. I get having a bad day or not liking your job, but that doesnt mean taking it out on others is okay. We went in to get a passport for our 1 yr old, and I called ahead of time to ask what we would need to bring and schedule our appointment. We showed up 10 mins early and was told we wouldnt be seen until our appointment time. Fine. Our application was printed on both sides of the paper, not okay. Had to fill out a new one. I would have filled out the application there but I was told on the phone I had to print it myself and bring it to the appointment completed because they didnt have applications there. Okay? Well, we also just moved from out of state and our id's wouldnt count as valid for the application. I'm so glad I thought to bring our socials! We ended up being able to use those for our id's, but had to give several other things to validate our identification. I get that this is what the government requires for such a process, but there really is no need to treat people in such a way where the process is even more awful than it already is. Long story short, if you have an appointment to get a passport, bring everything! Birth certificates, socials, mail with your names on it, completed application, etc. Be extra prepared if you want to make it out without rescheduling. And dont plan on being treated like a decent human being, even if you are one.

THIS is the most crooked court EVER. We checked in with the clerk for our day in court and she asked us to sit down instead of letting us INTO THE TRIAL. Our attorney was already in chambers waiting and had NO IDEA that we were there for our case! The case went on without us. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE on part of the clerk.
