Hours of operation state they're open on the internet, sign on the door said they were open within the hours I arrived but door was locked. I made a special trip based on these hours and wasted my time. 2/27/24. 3:53 pm

The lady is extremely rude and the facility needs to be black listed because of the extreme prices. She wanted 50$ for a compression sack for the sleeping system and I tried to explain to her that they are 24$ and she immediately got rude and said go buy from 907!!!! Shut this place down and run her out of business.

Went in for one item. She didnt have what we needed for a decent price so we left. She then FOLLOWED US TO OUR CAR accusing us of stealing something when we told her, "no we will go elsewhere, thank you." She then went up to the door and was in the window where my son was sleeping, yelling about something. Do not go here unless you want to deal with a crazy old hag.

I walked in and that old lady that works here went off on me right away for saying 907 surplus is way better then her overpriced POS store i left a positive review about 907 surplus last year stating it's a better store then GI joes surplus and that offended her, idk how they stay in business with attitudes like that, she basically cussed me out, never again am I stepping foot in here again! Never Please avoid this store and go to 907 surplus, you will thank me! Her husband was just as rude,

This has to be about the worst place I have ever seen. Wants more for used items than the army wants for new items. When they realized I was cross referencing the prices to see if they were cheaper than what the army wants I.e. they wanted 330 for a item I said the army only prices at 250 they offered to sale it for 250 I said it's okay it didn't make sense to buy it for what the army charges they refused to sale me anything and asked me to leave.

Came in looking for a canteen with the metal cup, she brought me an Arctic canteen cup kit, I bought it for $50 not knowing any better, I didn’t notice the crack inside the cap , the plug broke off quickly, have had to glue it on 3 times already, imagine my surprise when I saw the same thing for $20 at another surplus store in perfect condition. You can’t even walk around and browse, you walk up to a counter and have to know exactly what your looking for. Place sucks. Go across the street!
