I’ve been living here since August and I think it’s a great place. It’s quiet—I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or dogs. Management is nice and knowledge. Maintenance is always quick to answer. I feel safe living here.
Parking (for me) is easy because I pay for covered parking, so it might be difficult for others who do not have an assigned spot.
Some other reviews are complaining about weed smells—that is true but management is working on figuring out who/what units are smoking and honestly it’s not even that often that I smell it.
Overall, it’s a good place to live. If you see an awful review, take it with a grain of salt.

I’ve been living here since April. It was pretty empty when I moved in but now the apartments are pretty full. I haven’t had many issues and anytime I have a maintenance issue Derek is right on it. He is amazing! I work nights and sleep during the day so he always make sure to get everything done ASAP without interrupting my sleep on the days that I work.

Update 2025: I still do like these apartments but there have been some issues. They used to send emails within decent time letting you know that maintenance would be stopping by for some form of routine check. ( Derek doesn’t work there anymore). Mostly they don’t send emails anymore and once they have sent it less than an hour before they came in. I’m tried of males walking into my apartment and I’m uncomfortable because I wasn’t made aware ahead of time. Also parking is horrible! I often have to park at a different building just to find a spot. There are so many cars within the gates that don’t even have the parking permit. Why have them if people can park wherever.

I have been living at Gateway Woods for about 9 months now, and it’s been pretty good. The office has always been kind to me and helpful during maintenance issues. I have noticed that the walls are incredibly thin and I can hear EVERYTHING: doors closing, neighbors walking around, etc. I also feel like these apartments are overpriced for this area. I do love the gym and free coffee (although the coffee machine doesn’t work half the time and is closed when the office is closed). 🙁 I also have to say that parking here is a nightmare. When I first moved in there was ample parking and now if I come home after 5 pm I have to park far from my building. Overall it has been a fair experience here but definitely not great.

Ladies are awesome....property is very nice. Don't be decive, hallways smell like marijuana, trash dumpsters are always full, walls are thin, you can hear freeway noise and the neighbors....my unit had mold for weeks, due to a hose leak and my shower water was cold for months. It took several requests for the mold and hot water issues to be resolved. Walls are painted flat, and due to one spot on the wall, I was charged to repaint the entire apt unit . Don't expect to get any deposit back if you move in.

These apartments are very nice and beautiful inside out. I applied to these apartments and was told I needed a guarantor that makes 5x the rent which is absurd when I already make 3x. It doesn’t make any sense to need 8x the rent for an apartment that’s only $1400 a month: that’s approximately $11,000 total. I’m also having an issue getting my $400 deposit back: I literally work day and night I do not have time to make blanks trips to Conway just to leave without my deposit back. Management seems really janky and I don’t play about my hard earned money! I feel better knowing I didn’t get approved if these were the kind of people I’d have to deal with.

Management is unprofessional. They only care about money. They do not care about residents. The apartments are overpriced and cheaply made. A/C units never work, water leaks through apartment ceilings, closet shelves fall out of walls, etc.

The maintenance team, Derek and Brock, are fantastic.

Gateway Woods has been the perfect fit for me! The location is super convenient when getting into Little Rock or Saline. Apartments are really quiet and very comfortable. The staff is always very friendly and has answered all of my questions and work orders promptly and respectfully.
Love the new pool, gym, and courtyard! The lounge area is beautiful! Everything is really clean and it truly feels like living in a resort! The property is gated and feels secure. The mailroom has been a plus. I like knowing my packages are secure until I am able to pick them up and I get a notification that they have been delivered.
The apartments have great natural lighting, big closets, high ceilings, tons of counter space, extra patio storage, and just really perfect.
I would definitely recommend Gateway Woods in Little Rock!

I love Gateway! I was looking to move to the area and the manager Maria toured me through a few units. The apartments are super nice and Maria was so helpful! She answered every question I had and made me feel very welcome. If you're looking to move to the area, you need to check this place out!!
